We are 8 months short of our Golden Anniversary and I've only had to exercise that right exactly twice. Eating less food isn't going to make you not fat, you need to balance the food such as home cooked food and traditionally healthy foods. Remember fast foods like hamburgers and french fries are not actually unhealthy its how much and what you add to them. Stay away from too many chemicals but still eat some of those chemicals as well as eat a good amount of butter but not too much.
