Yeah bro 100%. Don't really do that shit anymore for that exact reason. I work nights alone and live alone. I'm pretty much always stoned so it's not much better. Bouts of loneliness every now and then. Would be worse though being sober I'd imagine

@@ofrenic the key is you have to love yourself and more importantly like yourself. Being alone is easy it that's true. If it's not true then you need to figure out why and make those changes. Day by day all you gotta do is be a lil better tomorrow than you were today and it's long till you can you've traveled a good distance. It's also hard to love someone if you don't love yourself. He’s right yes but that because the drugs he was taking was ones you would take on a night out so that’s when the withdrawals would be at their worst but for someone who was used to just sitting all day and all night abusing drugs will feel the withdrawal from morning to night and have a lot harder time to get clean

Adjust sleep schedule, try to get atleast two REM cycles ( ~3 hours per REM cycle). Some people need more sleep than others, but going to bed at a CONSISTENT hour every day can do a lot for mood regulation. If you're going to bed during the daytime, invest in some thick window shades. Avoid computer/cell phone screen lighting 30 minutes before you go to bed.

I did oxys and dope for a handful of years straight and when I finally went to rehab, I was the only opiate guy there... miserable, withdrawing, sleepless, you name it and everyone else was perfectly fine and normal. Everyone else there was in for meth, coke, addys and it's quite clear "addiction" is a loose term. Physical addiction like with opiates is far removed from mental addiction. Both awful and destructive but I remember those rehab days being resentful as fuck that I'm in there suffering and everyone else is smoking, joking, laughing, sleeping lol. I'm over one year clean without any of this AA/NA shit.
what you're describing is a physical dependency; addiction is more of a mental thing (medical definition wise) stimulant withdrawals ain't shit tho facts you just fall asleep lmao
Yes a physical dependency is a different dimension than like, uppers or really any other drugs besides alcohol which gives you withdrawls too. Although I think people who use meth and shit have a problem because it's easy to pick up and put down again just like that.

@@glorytogod5283 depends on how you use it tbh, if you have an addictive personality like I do it's just like any other drug I abused the shit out of bud I'd smoke a Q to half oz a day spending most of my monthly wage if not all of it on bud I loved it so much but had to stop as I wasnt putting weight on I smoked it everyday soon as I woke to the last thing at night since I was 15 I stopped at 24, I literlly lived to smoke week and sit in my bedroom. Like I said if you abuse it like I did it's like any other drug takes you're life away.

. I have to disagree. I've known people that dealt with addiction a lot of people actually. The physical pain comes first. The emotional pain you'll be dealing with for the rest of your life. Because now you got family members that no longer trust you no matter what you do or how you prove yourself. You got friends that are always going to look down on you or have those questions in their mind if you're going to steal their money today. But you know I love you too guys keep it real
No withdrawals from coke. I shot it up every day 5-10 times a day and there's no withdrawals just a huge jonse for it.. I also was addicted to opiates and THOSE are the definition of withdrawal lol
