When Energy Management Costs You Money 

Removing a malfunctioning third party "energy management" control from a walk in cooler and installing a new thermostat. These energy management systems were supposedly given to customers by the utility company through a third party installer. They give nothing but issues. They control the box temp with a coil and air sensor and also shut down the refrigeration to use residual cooling to make it more "efficient". While these systems might work well on large boxes and systems, on something like this I've had nothing but issues. Most I come across like this one are switched into bypass mode.
