And she asked if they could not record her , because she was getting threats because of her behavior and her son was being harassed in school because of how she acted. Can’t believe she has been pulled over 12 times with tickets and she said she won’t stop driving so it didn’t matter what they give her. She owes over 5,000 in fines. ( the first woman ) Never any time spent in jail either.

The blonde in Case 3 did try to make a phone call using a hand wipe as a phone. Put it up to her ear and everything. 😂

Case #2...Don't understand why she was cuffed in the front. The majority of people--even non-hostile and cooperative people--are cuffed behind. Not clear why this eluding and resisting person deserved a deviation from common procedures; it backfired.

When I watch these type of videos it blows my mind how often Drivers with Suspended/ Revoked licenses are simply issued citations then allowed to drive away. A DL in that status means they DO NOT have the privilege of operating a motor vehicle. If they were to get in an accident a few miles away and seriously injure/kill someone- that Officer, his department and Municipality (City, County or State) is liable in a Civil lawsuit. In my jurisdiction, Suspended Drivers were custodially arrested and their vehicles impounded.
