It has been quite some time since I have been on the channel.. and I'm sorry for being the only social media friend you have that is never on social media. (hah)
Todays video is an open letter. I share some hurt and I share some healing. But most importantly I share some Truth when it feels like we hear much more of everything else these days.
Here is your gentle nudge that you are so loved and precious. That your life is so special- and the world needs who you are. Even when it may feel easier to give up.
There is a powerful difference between throwing in the towel.. and surrender.
I will be answering questions and giving you a better(-ish) life update video tomorrow. Here is just some of the raw emotion that goes on behind the "I'm okay.. but how are YOU??"s that I throw around pretty often.
Its a amazing thing to express your thoughts and emotions with people you care about- and I think you for being a part of that people for me.
