because you have to be 18 to sign a release form to be filmed in a commercial or public video. this is a school, their parents would have to sign releases, as well as school admin as ther footage was captured in a classroom.. It's a legal liability thing and mostly to avoid any lawsuit from the parents of random children in the video.

I was shocked when I heard what Luke did. I thought these were going to be some stupid things teens did. That is beyond disturbing. And regarding what the girl did when the officer turned down the wrong street investigating a burglary if you act guilty and stupid that's how you get treated. She would not even listen to why she was being stopped. I would immediately turn off my car and comply figuring there was a valid reason and let it clear itself up that they had the wrong person. The ‘Miranda’ in Miranda rights, was an actual person. Before you’re interrogated, the police or detective needs to tell you these basic rights you’ve got- FOR YOUR PROTECTION. Either way they’re going to question you. But, knowing that you have the right to an attorney and anything you say can and will be used against you- used to never be said before this important law was passed.

Ummm bye law they do got read your rights if they don't the person committing the crime can get charges dropped if there rights are not read to them thats one of the biggest things for a cop to do they even have to read you the rights if your not in trouble and just talk to them about what happens the body cams film this and it becomes evidence so if the story changes then the cop is safe
