Can I call my subscribers "fans"? That's probably true right? Those that watch me regularly here will know I am an Arsenal fan and luckily one of the public pianos I play at is very close (London St Pancras International Train Station) to the Emirates Stadium, the home stadium of Arsenal! Also, I am lucky to have a season ticket, so when we go to watch the games, I normally try to go to St Pancras and play on the piano a bit. So, even if I don't announce it, there is a good chance you might find me there before or after the Arsenal game. I don't go to watch every game, and even if I do, I don't always play the piano, but there's a good chance! On a previous time, it was completely random when they saw me play, but we said we had come because of watching Arsenal, and they were in the area this time, and thought it was worth a chance to come and see if I was here!
This time I was playing on the Yamaha piano that was donated by Elton Job - it was a short set, and this is Queen These Are The Days Of Our Lives - which was the last Queen music video to feature Freddie Mercury. In fact, the last words of the song where Freddie Mercury looks out and says "I love you" are his last words caught on camera.

Brilliantly played and arranged! As far as I remember, Freddie says "I still love you" at the end of the video, not "I love you". Just a detail, but very meaningful...

This is actually my favourite Queen song. The video is very moving: it was recorded just a few weeks before Freddie's death, in black and white. Freddie, once a man full of energy, is almost still in that video and the final "I still love you" gives me goosebumps everytime I watch it. Once I had a friend that loved this song so much that one day said to me:"If something bad will happen to me, play this song at my funeral." When she unfortunately died a few year later in a car crash, I kept the promise. That's why I love this song so much but sometimes it's very hard to hear.

Of course you can call us fans. Well, maybe not ''just'' fans. I'm admirer who also plays piano for fun and I like to see how masters do it. Also I like to watch how someone becomes better and better within many years or even decade(s). One day, when a musician fills whole stadium with his fans, then I like to say to others like : "You see, I told you 15 years ago this one will become very reputable musician...". :)

Thanks Cole, I Love "These are the Days of My Life". Queen were good in all types of genre of music from Rock to Ballads and songs with some meaningful lyrics. That is the same lady we met when George, Gavin and I were with you in July. Then she was there quite by coincidence but clearly this time she had worked out that Arsenal playing at home,there was a good chance you would be there. Has she become a Patron yet?
