If something I did made someone feel the need to get up and walk away from me like at 2:00, it would ruin my week. That moment would resurface randomly throughout the rest of my life and make me hate myself each time it did. The instant they stood up to leave, I'd be fleeing, telling them to stay while I apologise.
Are you okay? I know this feeling. Try to occupy yourself with your family and friends. Don't sit alone a lot. Try not to think too much. Busy yourself with anything so that you don't think.

Previously, on Chinese forums, if there was a hot news topic, the person who occupied the first few messages would leave a message selling watermelons, melon seeds, and stools, meaning that everyone can follow this message. Later, it was extended to mean watching the excitement and celebrity gossip.
It's generally explained in the text, it's a homophone. ie: something related to being partially Italian sounds like one or more words in "then why are you the right one for me"?
