Jazakallah khair. Peace be upon our prophet and those who follow him.

There is nothing wrong with being angry when you sense injustice. The problem comes when you don't know how to manage that anger and you act on it. The Bible does bring knowledge, wisdom, and righteous fear into our lives. When if only you pay heed and recognize where exactly you're standing on. For that, you have to be very sincere and take personal inventory before speaking (praying).

I get angry then after few minutes I forget all hamdulillah its Shaytan.

Can anyone recommend a book about these manners and behavior of our prophet saw ?

To anger Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the worst transgression anyone can do. You don't ever anger Rasulullah. As bad as we are denigrated, disrespected, called names and whatever else, let someone do that on our Holy Prophet and it will be met with the sharpest of disdain.

Prophet’s ﷺ words: "Whoever controls his anger at the time when he has the means to act upon it, Allah will call him before all of mankind on the Day of Resurrection, and will let him choose of the Hur al-’Iyn whoever he wants." (Reported by Abu Dawud, 4777, and others.

MIND-BLOWING DHIKR HADITH: The Messenger of Allah passed by me, so I said: I get older and weaker [or something similar to this] so command me of an act which I shall perform while sitting. He said: “Say SUBHANALLAH a hundred times, for it is equivalent to FREEING A HUNDRED SLAVES among the sons of Isma`il, Say ALHAMDULILAH a hundred times, for it is equivalent to a HUNDRED HORSES SADDLED WITH REIGNS ready to carry fighters for the sake of Allah, Say ALLAHU AKBAR a hundred times, for it is equivalent to a HUNDRED SLAUGHTERED CAMELS for the sake of Allah, Say LA ILAHA ILLALLAH a hundred times [I think he said] It fills what is BETWEEN THE HEAVEN AND EARTH And on that day, out of all the DEEDS that are risen to Allah, NONE WILL BE BETTER than yours except a person who said what you said.” -Sheikh Albaani classified it as Hasan -Al-Munthiri stated Ahmad related it with a Hasan Isnad
