This is an amazing movie showing an incredibly talented person both in real life and in the character they play. Bruno Ganz and Teo Gheorghiu are paired together in a special and lovely way, and they work together wonderfully. It is truly impressive.
Yoppp, Imagine literally becoming smart out of nowhere. I was average literally until my freshman year then something happened I still don’t know….I played average all high school because it was too easy for me…I’ll never forget the day that made me say fuck that shit. My freshman year I had Honors Biology with a lady named Ms.Earthman. Cool lady kinda ditzy but super smart. Well I sat next too a friend of mines named Sean we where the the only 2 black boys in the classroom so it would seem like she’d pick on us often. But one day she literally tried to single me out like I didn’t belong when in fact yea I didn’t belong I should’ve took a class more advanced…But the lady had the nerve to pull me aside and really questioned my intelligence to a point I felt micro in the moment and tried to get me and Sean to drop the class; but lmao she didn’t know I my sister 2 rows up in the same Honors Bio class and I would basically do her work via playing my PS3 All from a back n fourth convo. I wasn’t literally writing her answer ls fo her but I told myself from that day I’m only doing enough to just get by cause I’m going to be looked like that anyway so why over exert myself I’m still going to pass…. I told the lady to her face idc about what she’s saying told her what I was going to pass her class with and that she needed air freshener for her classroom . I’m 28 now and regret not showing my full intellect in those years cause doing that now only gets you called a asshole, no it all, Einstein etc just sarcastic shit. Well I told the lady I’m going to do nothing for the rest of the year and and by summer break I’ll leave with an A. First semester I had a purposeful F just to say Fuck Ms. Earthman then second semester and easy fucking A like i said to her. She felt me knowing I was on the same type of time she was on. But even though I had a F I still had A 3.4 GPA first semester and a 3.7 to end the year so I made the BS honor roll shit , Acceptance to Wash U JR chemistry program in the summer of 2010 and acceptance into the National Honors Society summer of 2010. But by my senior year I was fine with holding myself back Smfh trying to be like everyone else when I wasn’t. Nothing wrong with being a few steps ahead. By graduation I had no thought of furthering my education I just didn’t care cause I knew I was smarter than the average abd can make nothing into something from pure thought/idea
More like a case of mishandling an intelligent and gifted kid. Even if he is intelligent, he is still a kid. And wants to do what all kids want to do. Forcing an adult lifestyle on him is bound to create psychological issues. Luckily his grandfather helps him cope up. Many of these children are lost to drugs and crime in teenage.
as a matter of fact we do not feel normal .people like me who have above average IQ have a different level of thinking and interests with normal people . living with it is either a gift or a curse
Every parents ,especially Asian parents, needs to learn that they are not infallible and needs to accept that they are sh*ts whenever they are acting like sh*t heads.
