Looks delish!!! I cooked your dijon mustard salmon 2 days ago for my mum and myself and we were both very impressed, it tasted great and she wants me to cook it again but for the whole family💞 What really elevated the dish was using fresh salmon:) I paired it with roasted potatoes and boiled broccoli and I will certainly cook it again💖
@zoraackerman1684 Hi! I kept it pretty simple since the dijon salmon is very flavourful by itself. For the potatoes I tossed them in canola oil and salt and roasted them in a 200C oven. The broccoli was boiled in water with a teeny amount of salt, and then received a slight drizzle of olive oil! The original recipe does have roasted potatoes, but I changed how I cooked them and I also added boiled broccoli instead of zucchini (to fit my family’s taste) However, I recommend not changing the salmon in any way because it turned out delicious! Kinda long reply but I hope this helps☺️
❤❤❤ P.S. You are *NOT* supposed to be full all day long, unless you want colon, stomach or digestive tract issues. It's like putting sugar on your teeth and leaving it there all day... you WILL eventually have a cavity. Keep eating this and the damage will show up in your xrays and gut discomforts. *Moderation is key.* That burrito does look amazing. 🤤🤤
Wrapping it actually makes it taste better, a guy did a video about this called “why do sandwiches at restaurants always taste better”. Keeps everything together instead of falling all over to boot.
@@thesimulator4096 it's not even that much it's just an egg, few bell peppers and hash browns with a sausage in a burrito wrap. I could eat 2 easily and maybe 3/4 if there was no cheese.
It's very likely that you can find a neighbor or friend of a friend with chickens from whom you can obtain fresh eggs for cheap or even free. Produce can be found for cheap at markets and at grocery stores if they're a bit blemished. Go to a local supermarket, pick out a few things that are a bit ugly-yet-safe for cooking, and ask an associate to let you speak to a manager. *AS POLITELY AS POSSIBLE* explain that you're on an extreme budget and tell them that you've picked out their most undesirable fruits and veggies and then ask if they would be willing to do a price drop on them for you. If you're nice, they'll likely do 20% off or maybe more depending on how blemished they are. It won't go well for you if you walk up and say "Hey, I'm broke so I'll buy all your nasty ass potatoes and wormhole apples if you gimme half off. Deal?" 😸 You can cut eyes off potatoes. You can cut away bruises and scars. Lots of stuff gets dumped just because of looks which is heartbreaking. :( Getting half price for you is still better than watching it get written off and tossed in the dumpster. 🤷🏼♂️ This applies to meats too, whenever they are really close to their expiration or sell-by date. You can also get a better deal on meat if you go direct to a farm or a butcher sourcing locally. If you're able, ask around and see if friends/family/coworkers are hunters and would help you out with getting a tag and going out to bag a deer and then help you process the meat. TBH you don't NEED to pull the trigger yourself if you really have that much of an objection to it. You can eat a LOTTTTT of meals from one deer that you humanely hunt and clean. If possible, buy a chest freezer on Craigslist or something and PACK that thing full of meat. If you go to a butcher they can give you a good deal when you buy bulk meat compared to just a few sausages and burgers. 😎 Also, my local university has a "meat lab" where the agriculture students get to learn about animals and farming from start to finish. They butcher livestock and learn from it, but the meat is available to buy at good prices. Win-win. My mom used to get cow hooves and leg bones from the meat lab for the dogs to chew on. :)
I wouldn't call this kind of sausages good quality food, and making your own hash browns is probably cheaper than buying them, same with tortilla but that takes way more time to make
@@linktheeartisthaving a healthy diet doesn’t just mean not under-eating but also no overeating either. not being full after a breakfast packed with protein, carbs, fat and volume is a huge problem and only makes sense if you’re a very active person/athlete

fun fact.Smash the burrito she made and then make again and then put the smashed burrito inside the same burrito you made and reapeat this process almost 20 times.and then smash it hard into a small thin thing ( i did it my self) And then After eating you dont have to eat for Like 5 weeks or more
[Edit: Thank you so much to everyone in the replies for the well wishes! Ramadan Kareem to you all ❤️❤️] I recently converted to Islam, and tomorrow marks my first ever Ramadan. My first concern was finding meals that would keep my full all day, lo, and behold. This popped up on my recommended page. I can't wait to try it 😊
God bless you.. I was born to Muslims family but I've never been practicing Islam so I started practicing Islam and today was my first day of fasting ❤
Good luck! Remember, the key is to eat a proper meal at Suhoor, like a heavy dinner. A quick breakfast like normal days doesn't work for a lot of people when you've got to stay hungry the whole day.
I made something similar to this recently! It was so good. Except I used regular shredded hash browns and I made a guacamole with lots of tomatoes in it for a "sauce" 🙂
the salmon recipe was amazing! my mom and i llved the potatoes. trying to eat more healthy this year, thanks for the help on these filling and healthy recipes! ❤
@@magdalenarangel53 the short is like a minute long, you really couldn't wait to finish it before you commented lmao? I'm not trying to throw shade honestly but come on now
Ingredients: • 8 hash brown (sticks or normal) • 1 Sosig • Diced peppers and onions • 1-2 eggs • Chipotle Mayo • The Souls of a Thousand Bones • Perform 3-4 Demonic Rituals preferably 17 hours before (can flex to about 15 hours but that is the minimum) • Tortilla
This looks good! I make something similar with ground beef instead of sausages. ☺️ Bonus tip to keeping full all day is to eat a salad right before the burrito.
I saw other videos explaining that fibers in the veggies make you absorb glucose slower so your blood sugar won’t spike and drop when you eat things like burritos. Rather, there’s a more steady release of glucose. Seems to work for me.
The way she talks literally follows a pattern- with each new phrase she starts low, goes high and finishes in between before starting a new phrase the same way, and going real low at the end of each sentence
This right here always gives me the shits, anyone who talks like this is almost always lying about how good something is or trying to sell you on a location
Wdym? This won't take more than 15-20 minutes to prepare. Fried cheese will take 5 minutes. Scrambled eggs will take 3-4 minutes. Sausages, around 8 minutes (you can start while doing the eggs and cheese). The rest is just toasting for a short while. Many people certainly have 15-20 minutes to prepare a decent breakfast, rather than eating cereals within 3 minutes.
I usually make a whole bunch of food every couple days and warm it up in case I'm in a hurry. Honestly though it's all about using your time wisely. If i can work two jobs and still have time to cook for myself, i dont see what everyone's hold up is
@@mehmetemrecan7543 It’s not as if the two options are a 20 minute burrito or cereal. You can make a bowl of porridge with seeds, peanut butter, fruit, stuff like that in 4 minutes flat. People who have 20 minutes to make breakfast each morning (weekends aside) don’t have busy lives.
or make a vegetarian Alfredo sauce and that works better. 1/2 AP flour 3 tps of cornstarch 1 cup or 2 tbs of Cottage cheese 1/2 shredded cheese *I used Romano cheese * Almond Milk *add as much as you need but I did 1-3 splashes of the milk.* 1 garlic 🧄 clove. *I minced mine no problem * Optional: Paprika or Chili Lime seasoning, black pepper and some onion powder to taste* Comes together in less than 5 minutes. It’s so good 😋
that looks good but you know what’s better? A BROWNIE RECIPE *Ingredients:* - 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter - 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar - 2 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder *Instructions:* 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat. Remove from heat once melted. 3. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract into the melted butter. 4. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined. 5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. 6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. 7. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy your delicious homemade brownies!
