Expressing our inner abilities like this is what makes us unique I think. Some people do what they enjoy in their own time to help deal with problems they may have, or to release any tension by expressing their feelings in any form of movement. Its a wonderful thing.

@cptIdiot it's harder to breathe with a mouthpiece, so I suggest she does it to both practice hitting and breathing with teeth protection. But it can also be because it looks better/more real with a mouthpiece!

It's really simple... In order to live free one must use death as there adviser... Look over your left shoulder and ask him what it is you fear most and he will tell you ... because if you fear death, then you fear life and must live it according to somone else's definition .... We're not afraid because we fear the unknown.we are afraid because defeating our fears removes the barrier between our everyday lives and the totality of what we are, exposing us to ourselves .... scary stuff :D
