My opinion on not blocking the customer is block their ass, life is short it's not all about work. Getting rid of any negativity in your life is always a great for you health.
It took me a couple yrs to figure it out, but firing customers is the most important thing to do besides properly budgeting. Bad customers don’t pay, cause stress, are never satisfied, and never promote your business.
Great information! Can’t believe someone tried to hire your own guy to come do a cash job with your rig. That’s a no brainer to blacklist that customer!
I have had people who have hired my own son to bring my equipment over to do a job after hours who would never hire me because they could get him to do it on the cheap or more likely, a 6 pack.
