Very simple. The locking mechanism tilts the orange plastic to the left and all the holes line up then. So the hole in the middle of the neck will be at the right where the shoulder meets and neck and once you see that you can understand how all the other holes will also line up. Ask him to do the trick without "locking" the box lol. The bottom lock pushes the feet to the right and the top lock pushes the head to the left so the entire figure gets tilted a few degrees.
@@amanshrivastava3352it’s not transparent. The orange man has a black surface covering him. The above comment is most likely correct. The locks either actuate a mechanism or use magnets to actuate a mechanism, since the orange man himself isn’t magnetic
Its pretty obvious theres a hidden mechanism that placing the lock makes the secret space will open that will make the glass man tilt, thats correct bottom lock to push feet to right then left lock opening and pushing the head to the left
The orange acrylic piece is being pushed upwords few milimeters by the hinge mechanism. It is clear when you see the tactical position of the holes. If you imagine that few milimeters push, then the swords of the face are getting under his face, under the croch etc... Cool puzzle!
The bottom left clip is a lever that pushes the man out of the way of all the holes. His head enters a hidden opening at the left side of the box, feet goto the right so that his torso lies in the space between the chest hole and the leg holes.
*I don’t want to ruin the illusion for anyone, but I believe what’s happening is…* When the locking mechanism is engaged, it shifts the plastic just enough so that the swords can pass through unimpeded. I don’t know for sure, but I would imagine that if the locking mechanism is not engaged, the trick would not work 🤔 I’m not a magician, I just thought magic was cool when I was in school and I practiced a lot
One of the best tricks I have ever seen. I ordered it. I cant figure this out and I know quite a bit about magic. Is everything examinable including the figurine?
I purchased this and was impressed by the mechanics. It is however rather obvious, as there is only 1 possible way it works. Another problem is that anyone can do it given the props. I think tenyo has created many more clever effects.
I'm thinking about getting that, can that be inspected before and after the performance. Just before you put the first spike through there is a gimmick kind of noisy.
I was waiting for this to come out of course it was the last one to come into stock. Penguin finally got their order can't wait to get mine. Thank you for this live performance I was waiting to see it from start to finish. Looks really great. This is a winner but it looks of it. Thanks again
@@jeremypeimagiccollection Right on good to know. I think I figured it out but I wont say. I'm still waiting for mine in the mail. Thanks Jeremy btw is this your favorite tenyo trick of all time?
@@DelusionalPricesGuy great trick isn't it! Best Tenyo trick I think. Top 3 for sure. I can't really say but I'm waiting for mine in the mail. How do you think it's done? I have a good idea 💡
@@DelusionalPricesGuy The bottom lock pushes the feet to the right and the top lock pushes the head to the left so the entire figure gets tilted a few degrees
1:25 if you look closely, you can see the orange guy isn't solid when it falls into his hand. It looks almost like jelly, which is easy to pierce through. It's only when he flicks it up that it becomes solid. I could be wrong on that but it sure looks like it.
@Jeremy Pei Magic Collection hey I'm just guessing like the rest of them. No need to get defensive about it. Unless that's just you doing misdirection by claiming I'm wrong but I'm really right. 🤔
@SteveMKoch a comment says the top lock tilts head to the left and bottom one tilts feet to thr right changing man's position and therefore thr holes in a way that makes the holes avoid the man figure and ones the locks are taken out thr man returns to position
