If u thought Jem was dead, they can 't blame u. Try Magnus- he's much more open to conversation. Especially if it involves Herondales or glitter. Or glittery herondales. Oh yeah- try that.
At 4:39 I thought she was about to write in Kat's book and I Immediately stiffened and whispered ''she wouldn't...." But she didn't go that far its all good ♥
I was so scared that she was going to cut or write in the book... I didn't think it would go that far, but when she started writing, I immediately thought it was in the book and not a spare piece of paper. And then the knife... I thought she was going to tear it or something. Agh, worried for nothing, though, thankfully. (:
lol, I was just thinking the same thing. XD I mean, how many times has Kat stated that Daughter of Smoke and Bone is her favorite trilogy? Probably more than I can count. Then again, maybe I just can't count that high. Who knows? :P
Know what's even worse? Trusting someone with your favorite book with the beautiful cover. And they not returning it for months. And when they finally do, they spilled coffee on it and ripped pages. The fact that I didn't body slam that chick out of the window is a testament to my self control.
I was so sure that the direction this would go in was Kat saying at the end "that revenge isn't good because it doesn't matter to me. you didn't take a favorite. you confused daughter of deep silence with daughter of smoke and bone"
WOW. ANGRY CHRISTINE IS SCARY CHRISTINE! You were making me so stressed out holding that knife up to DODS! Like NO YOU'RE GOING TO SCRATCH THE COVER YOU FIEND! XD Great job!!!
yes kat, stroke will's face i feel like this whole "holding books hostage" thing is totally a normal occurrence in your apartment when you guys argue *casually reads with a knife in hand* "you don't know what you're seeing"
Great video! Loved it! If that were me, the moment I saw someone with my book when they didn't ask I would've marched over there and snatched it out of he/she's arms. "I'm gonna steal one of her books without permission." Do people typically STEAL stuff with permission? Lol sorry I just had to point it out. It reminds me when Jack Sparrow goes "I simply borrowed it without asking."
This video just shows why you're one of the best booktubers on RU-vid. Another fantastic video, Christine! I really hope you do more skits like this in the future, as they're really funny.
Christine I have the best book game! You need 3 people the person who's bookshelf it is thinks of a book and then had to work out what it is backwards. Than they say three two one and the two people hear the backwards book and the first one to pick the book wins a point. Then u keep going until u have a winner. It's funny because u have to pick a book. Love u Christine.
You don't need me to tell you this, but the part when kat wiped away the page from her laptop and when she grabbed the note when you were shaking it in front of her reminded me of something in a funny comic book. So good! p.s. you got me into =D
The millisecond you raised that Sharpie, I was like "HO- I MEAN PLEASE DON'T JUST NO". And then I saw the notebook and laughed because the sketches are always worth looking forward to😄
There's something riveting about a booktuber armed with a long knife. Someone should put a lot of 'booktubers armed with long knives' video clips together as a compilation video and showcase it for Halloween '15.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE SEEN THAT DAUGHTER OF DEEP SILENCE IN YOUR VIDEOS WITHIN THE LAST 12 HOURS AND I LITERALLY JUST FINISHED READING THAT BOOK YESTERDAY before my yt binge of your videos. Conspiracy? I think so.
SO GOOD, Christine! This cracked me up. I love your sketch videos because it's easy to see that you put a lot of work into them. Also, they're hilarious. You're hilarious. It's just awesome.
That was hilarious and made me want to read Daughter of Deep Silence. So mission accomplished and I'm sure Carrie Ryan will appreciate all the PR from this video. *Goes and pulls Daughter of Deep Silence off shelf*
I can relate to that topic very much! A funny and creative video. I like those videos of yours. Still related to books, but more unique and individual. I don't like the constant manhandling of books though (on BookTube in general). One doesn't need to treat a book like a raw egg while reading it, but one doesn't need to throw it on the floor either. Nevertheless: Good job! I'd like to see more of book related comedic videos like this one.
