@@alannar-g5906 omg why TF is my full name just out like that .... anyways you typed that like an English first language American would so I couldn't tell lmao
first one somehow managed to show all 3 personalities of percussionists. 1. The one who focuses mainly on the music while also being pretty chill 2. The one who’s having the time of his life 3. The guy who looks like he absolutely does not want to be there
oh god, I got this so much from my parents when I was younger. I always wondered where they thought I could get the money for drugs when I was spending so much on games and computer stuff.
Found this for the first time during the early pandemic breakout when I was just a freshman in college who could only attend online classes. Now I'm in my third year, no longer online classes, and this video just happened to pass by again. Time does flies so fast! It's just nostalgic to me remembering how this video had entertained me during the time I spent alone in my house and how I instantly loved it. Hope these guys are doing well
i'm enjoying this, because the students are jamming on some of the most recognizable pieces of music, in history. i especially liked it when the two dudes in the middle, were vibing to the rhythm and really having fun, particularly the one with the vibraslap, he was really getting into the groove.
Ah yes, very relatable. I can confirm when the Choir teacher steps out for a bit the whole class procures various assorted instruments and improvises two whole meme songs on the spot, all before the Choir teacher returns.
Green shirt with the cymbals gettin' his grove on! Love the sway! Great percussion section. Wonderful performance all of you! Love the music! Who says Sophmoric is a put down? Be proud Sophomores!
Sunflower_Gacha when your sibling is getting yelled at and you *know* you gonna me next, but then your sibling makes an amazing comeback and you laugh. Then it’s game over.
Gosh I just love percussion haha. It adds so much to a song, but the person playing it looks kind of hilarious sitting there and then dinging one thing three times in a song. It's even funnier in a symphony when the percussionist has like four different instruments and runs around tapping each one every once in a while.
yeah all bands and choirs do that. we eventually had a display case built in the entrance to our school bc we ran out of shelves in our room. so everyone coming into school for the day had to walk past our massive trophy display 😂
4 yrs ago - That's probably one of the most creatively wholesome things I've seen in a while, but they might not have appreciated that description! I would be very interested to see what sort of pursuits these enterprising young gentlemen are up to now.
Our choir had such a heavy overlap with the musical theatre kids (enough that during musical season choir stopped because of the amount of people missing and the stand in director helping with the musical) we just started singing showtunes. There was a button that make these like beat boxing rhythm play on the piano so we'd press that button and sing whatever on top of that.
I miss the times when I was in a choir back then. Whenever our specialist wasn't around, we'd sing Disney and some of our favorite piece. It was really fun.
