it’s just insane how much i have been resonating with your messages lately. for the past several months i’ve been focusing on my fears of the unknown and my therapist even used the term hyper vigilance and that’s exactly what it is. since becoming a mom it’s been so much worse because now i have also a baby to keep safe. thank you for this reading this was super insightful ❤❤❤

Yes found my true self, after losing someone dear to me and all the challenges... and wondered is that as good as it gets, that relationship... but I need to see I'm on a new path now because of all the major transmuting, healing, forgiving all, and feel totally evolved... so be open to the next best situation that'll match up with the new timeline of me being my true self all day, .... so I will now stay hopeful, and knowing this will be orchestrated for me in perfect timing and more ... I didn’t want to accept my feelings around integrating that I’m a survivor or narcissistic abuse because I felt weird adding that into my identity. During the years of abuse giving myself any validation of needing help felt like I was being needy, or charity work, some kind of burden. I felt like the feelings around that label was a icky pick me enmeshment clingy thing to do. Like I was seeking attention. But I really did survive horrific traumatic experiences I’m so blissed to still be alive.

@@Danny36972 it’s a blessing that you are still here🫶 as a survivor or emotional abuse I just want you to know that you are seen and that I completely understand the resentment that comes along with healing. It’s unfair that we have to be responsible for the wounds that someone else’s carelessness caused us. And that feeling is valid, so please don’t feel ashamed for feeling that way. But just remember this: when we heal from those situations, we do so as a way to take our power back, to show our abuser that they know longer have power over us. And we are worth that. I love you 🫶

My cat saw him too. Then you flippin yelled my name because like him your dog is named Lucy. My name is Lucy and when he passed his dog was named Lucy..... 😂 i need so much help, have no idea where to start with knowing how to put the things I need help in a spoken form or even who to ask to help... everyone i "know" in 3d had to cut off & do lots of cord cuttings. Maybe they will be coming❤ been hearing "help is coming in physical" ty for confirmation. It's been a lonely road did it all "myself" too, in physical but loads of energies surroundings in spirit.
