I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. Divorcing the narcissist has been a nightmare. You would think he would let go after cheating, lying, and when he saw, I saw him without his mask. He punished me for divorcing him. I was that unpaid helper and free child care provider. In the end, the smear campaign came, and the toxic relatives and his friends stood by him. I have God. I have a fresh start. I am blessed with our beautiful children. It took courage and strength to leave him. It had to be done so our children and I thrive here on. I was lost in this almost decade-long marriage. I lost myself. He was so controlling and muniulative. The lies never stop. Now, he will try to use the children, but I pray God protects us and all those who were given the strength to walk away from these sorts of disordered individuals. Life starts to become balanced and peaceful when you let them go!

My story is very similar. It's taking 2yrs because he won't let go. Why? He doesn't want to see me happy. We'll, he was living his best life, now I'm living mine. GOD has protected me and my daughter. I have peace that surpasses all understanding!🙌🏾

I am not leaving anyone behind if they are choosing to stay behind. Also, if I keep on asking myself questions all the time if someone is loyal or if they are for me then I already got my answer! They are not for me. To be honest sometimes we are oblivious to the reality of the Narcissist so we choose to believe something different rather than accepting what they are showing us. If someone is a liar you can't expect them to tell you the truth because the truth isn't in them! Stop seeing the good in people and start seeing the truth in them. I have been honest.

Voyeurism is definitely something that I know about. They seem to be higher on the spectrum of narcissism and seem to escalate into harming their targets. All of them that I know about have done a prison sentence as well. An example would be a Peeking Tom that eventually escalates to rape. They are definitely more dangerous!

Yep he must have been snooping in my holdall to have known where my concealed money was to have stolen it so quickly without me knowing. I know exactly when he did as well. Very sneaky arent they? Not to be trusted for sure snakes toxic evil snakes.

Took him over a year of just corresponding with me before I trusted him enough to actually meet him. Met him twice second time he stole a substantial amount of money from me right under my nose and completely denied it big mistake. Im definitely an empath and he knows it. He always looked intimidated by me on the 2 occasions i met him. Either that or he was sizing me up but he looked intimidated. Anyway he wouod never have succeeded in controlling me in any way shape or form.
