I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. You can also apply for financial aid while signing up, which can reduce the cost of the service by up to 40%. When you go through the signup process, you will be presented with the payment page and can elect not to pay. My ex took me to Vegas for a business trip. I wanted to experience the Bellagio fountain show. I was engrossed in the beauty and grace of it. When it ended, I turned around feeling happy, to see the narcissist chatting with a stranger about something else. I felt angry. He didn't emotionally experience it at all.

The narcissists already know you have checked out emotionally,mentally,physically from wanting,these narcissists trying to corrupt you with their selfish desires. Thee is nothing these narcissists can do to you or use to hurt you from moving forward unapologetically on,without any resentment to be onthe rightous path being true to myself. Because you already know everything is a test of your loyalty,faith,belief in the Divine. 😇💖🙏👣⚖️ This is what these narcissists can't understand or take it or handle the rejection,they have already destroyed everything in your life and shattered your dreams and these narcissists know you will never accept anything from these narcissists. And you're still living every day, having gratitude to the Divine that you've remained loyal to you're purpose. Because you're not entangled with these narcissists drama,and their corrupt influences,you are focused on healing yourself and progressing to live your life without any attachments or distractions from your purpose and goals that you're focused on. 😇💖🙏💎👣⚖️

The last weekend I was with her I took her to Daytona Beach dropped her off at the bathroom and said I'm gonna go park the car I'll come get you. She looked at me and said you're not gonna leave me here are you? I was like why would I do that? I've been with you five years don't you know me better than that? The following week she ran off with her boyfriend she was thinking about leaving me. It's what was on her mind. Usually a thief is always worried someone will steal from them and someone who will abandon you is always worried. You will abandon them a cheater always worries that you will cheat on themad nauseam

He always said in the last periods of our situationship: "you have everything"...yes, I said but that is no valuable reason to rob me from everything I have including my health, my finances, my house and my car and my stability and happiness...but of course I soon retrieved that..I now live very happy, single, with my animals my studies and my work...and - of course - I live in another house (with a garden) and I have another car...in an other part of my country...

❤I had that exact experience like you described, lived at my expence and my family and others and now made a firm, company.i felt i am chosen when i was a child, but narc parents, i have directly saved others from suicides. But not all, some did it.

We built a second home in a foreign country and I introduced a European car to that home and he is now living with his new supply up there in holidays...the epitome of evil...unbelievable ...I unplugged my emotions but the first years it really hurt my heart...I mourned my Self that gave to him without any love from his side...and his sadism...and in the end he said to me 'you did not do anything for me'...he left me in order to marry a 18 years old girl in order to have children...i am a very experienced and proficient lawyer

I used to be her FLYING FLUNKY and I flew into a lot of dangerous territory for an illusion. I fell for it trying to recover now and doing a good job my first experience I've always known women who are loving and giving they all lied bad liars, but they were not narcissists

I know i have a real life, i love help elderly and buy children candy and ice cream😀. I know what i like and what i do not. I know that immediately. Desire, Paul Hardcastle, i love that song also. I feel peace, joy, desire about one man 15 years ago😀i found him very attractive. He said that me too😀yes, life is beautiful. My favourite countries are Spain and England what to visit, already in childhood. I went to Spain, have not went to England yet. I am happy he went a way, i felt bad 3 years. I was getting abuse daily.
