I spent one month and now I am like level 90 something (because I farmed the secret boss that Is stronger then the end game boss) and now the snake is like a level 5 comperd to me
I literaly didnt know i could just walk past it so i spend 20 min hitting it, and consuming elixirs like and a guy with alcoholic adiction, luckly i had the ultimum engine blade bc my brother played it first and teach me how to get it early but stil caped that mf
I fought a level 76 mecha a few days ago and only registered it level when I looked up and was like what the heck? My attacks aren't doing CRAP Then I saw the level and quickly noped out of that situation
yeah, you wanna fight a really OP enemy, try the lost friend letter quest in the upper left area of the army camp.. that boss fight at the end with the medusa looking thing is probably one of the hardest if you below lvl 70 or smth...
I did the side quests as I was playing and ended up finishing quite a few by chapter 6, chapter 10 rolls around and I had finished them all. It was annoying because the fights weren't as satisfying as when you're low level. I've beat Melusine without any problem, the real pain in the ass is Omega.. Not matter what level you're at this bitch will get you. Fighting it takes forever!
I remember getting out onto bionus leg in xenoblade and getting murdered by the giant ape there because it spotted me while I was fighting something else. I would have run had I looked behind me when the new marker appeared.
@@domenica3639 You can't use items in Costlemark what makes it really difficult if the player is not that skilled. Omega may be hard, but with a tons of potions and revives, soon or later you'll beat it.
Reference to Midgar Zoom from Final Fantasy VII. Cloud and team must tame the Chocobo to avoid the dang oversized snak while Sephiroth just impaled one like satay
me when I was like "oh yeah, I'm sure it's REAL dangerous at night Ignis" and then Muscles McDemon throws my car into the cliff wall and demolishes me on the way to Galdin Quay
@Legendary_Banana No. If you go to a rest point near Cauthess, The Disc then you will hear a woman screaming for help. That is where you will find a lady being sat on by a fat chocobo and the quest line will start
I remember when this thing first showed up I just stood there from a distance looking at it for a long time, then went into my menu and made a bunch of absurd magic to throw at it and ran into battle yelling YOLO IRL. It was a fucking disaster of a fight at such a lower level and I nearly used up everything I had while it took so long, but I killed it while 15 levels too low for it. I felt accomplished. 😤
It's a really good skill check for where it's located in the game. It makes you get super creative and flex everything you've got and can think to do against it in that moment. ✌🏾
@rommelthedesertfox3089 in different yes in my eyes 7 remake is exactly how I saw it on my head as a child but og will forever be golden it's worth a play and wait for the rest bro trust me .
That snake should only spawn at night that early in the game. I'm surprised people other than me still play this. I wish I could properly get comrades going.
@@nakedmidgetmauluser76842k my @$$ 👀 I have never found a random person playing comrades and I play it on ps4, I always had to just tell friends to get it to experience it with actual players lol I remember being stuck at a certain point bcuz I could get any chocobos bcuz you needed to play with other players to get them so I had stopped until one of my buddies got the game just recently beat comrades. At least I’m pretty sure I beat it as I think ifrit is the final boss. Also I apologize for the long @$$ paragraph 🤣
Reminds me of when I first played ffxv and went behind some rock area and there was this huge boss that took 4 hours to kill and I got a potion as a reward, was still very satisfying hahaha
When I first got this game, I had the boys stay up a bit past curfew at ~level 1 searching for that aero wax. I make it out the other side, find and help a hurt guy, and then I'm face to face with an iron giant. I got demolished.
I had the same experience on a new game I nearly got one-shot. but in new game + I can instantly delete them with the following accessories: rare metal and founder king's sigil.
IKR I remember doing this quest and I came down here and had to get past the snake and my dumb ahh tried to fight it, it insta-killed me, Prom, and Ignis 😭😭
Funnily enough, I actually killed this thing on my first go, largely in part due to the fact that I had an armor set (Magitech Armor) that gave me an impenetrable shield that lasted basically forever. The fight itself took a good fifteen minutes to complete, but it was kinda fun ngl. But I did do a double take when I saw what level this thing was. Square Enix weren't messing around here
Dude, that snake made me leave the game for 2 years thinking that the progression would be that broken... Good i didn't gave up entirely and after those 2 years ended it.
Ahhhh yess I remember dis snek at lv 54 appearing in the area when I'm only supposed to hunt for ice bombs. I was only at lv 21 iirc. Attempted to fight it but it became clear right away that it will either take forever, or we'll all just die eventually So I ignored it, focused on the ice bombs, dodged away if it comes too close. But then, imperial soldiers started coming down to our location and I'm like, holy shit are you fucking serious right now??? Haha Unforgettable experience. As a newbie I was definitely overwhelmed haha
It took me forever to be able to listen to this song any time it’d come up while listening to the soundtrack. I’m pretty sure it only played when you ran into over- leveled enemies and I couldn’t handle the flashbacks 😭
I remember this lmao. I had a bounty job over some thunder slimes, and they were literally meters from that thing. Had to do a lot of shenanigans to get around it and trigger combat with only the slimes
I really think the whole point of putting the Snake BEFORE the entrance to the cave is to make sure that players are actually eating food for the stat boosts. Not that 15 is particularly hard unless you’re only doing the story. They want you to explore the world and find things and grind.
Fun fact I actually beat this thing when I’m just under the level 15, it took like 30 mins to beat it and it certainly took me a lot of potions though but it was still manageable I just had to Warp spam across the entire area just to heal and recover MP and possibly save some of my potions and of course doing teammate technique spam the shit out of this thing a lot (No Armiger needed at that time since I hadn’t completed all the weapons yet) but yeah you can beat this thing while under level, just make sure you have the time and patience to do it
wandered around and i found this dungeon. i was only around lvl 30 that time. havent realized magitek suit has a time limit til a fucking jabberwock appeared. that was one of my longest nights spent on a boss fight 😵💫
I did everything in the game got right near the end of the pitoss ruins spent multiple hours trying the same one part and eventually gave up n have never gone back to the game either lol i did quite enjoy the game tho played it togther with a friend at the same time
I used to be terrified of that snake, but now level 101 with op abilities, all armingers, and gear. Me and my team are unstoppable and do so much damage to lvl 75’s in a few hits
Pro tip, use the spear while in the air. You might be wondering which spear. The only answer is yes. They attack fast, they're the best in the air and they're my favorite fucking weapons. Got to bitchslap many over leveled enemies with them.
bro I had the same issue with this place. I thought it was because I came there at night so I restarted and rested a night. I came back there and it was still there lmao even the cave experience is still soo freaking hard. I died so many times
Same bro, same. Only I got stuck in a sewer with one of these and couldn’t my leave til he was dead, and I’d looted a lot and for some reason didn’t think reloading a save point was an option🤣 me and the boys were in a tight spot🥲
I beat that thing at level 25. It took me nearly an hour, but considering this was my first major video game and I had no idea what I was doing, I’m pretty proud of myself
I used freezing spells to weaken it and focused on defense and healing. Try to get high potions, Phoenix downs, mega potions. Also avoid getting hit since it has a crazy one hit kill on you. Also try level up and used other weapons.
This reminds me of my first play through and if I heard this music I died of sheer terror, before I beat that giant turtle like 6 times and got to level 99
I like how he's running away from that giant snake it in cloud over there right behind him bruh it's was like dude were are you going were going this path why are you running away you saw something
After a certain point tho the "overleveled" enemies are just a skill check. I recall beating the 99 Turtoise(?) at level 40 odd. It was purely a skill and endurance check.
