I made it, Ma! I made it into a Game Grumps video! 😆 So surreal hearing Arin imitating me, wow. You guys rock! I had the immense pleasure of voicing Sara in this. Also, sadly, not a voice from House Party.... but I wouldn't say no to being in it. And to expand on what Dan said about recording: everyone recorded remotely and I even recorded a few extra bits towards the end of development. For indie, this is pretty common.

Yeah, this year's Ghoul Grumps is great, as always, but they'll never play a scarier game than Tungulus. I still have nightmares.

I used to watch grumps as a TV substitute when I was broke as hell and didn't have cable or internet (data was included in my super cheap phone plan). I lived alone, and was pretty lonely most of the time. I didn't have any friends yet as I had just moved out of state and worked 90 percent of the time. But that 10 percent when I had downtime, I'd bundle up with some blankets and my cat, turn off all the lights, and pull up the grumps on my phone. It became a nice little slice of my life and part of me will always treasure that time I had to myself. Now I have a wonderful group of friends and my partner and I have a beautiful home together. He went out to a movie tonight (time apart is healthy :) and the moment he left I turned off all the lights, cuddled up with the cats, and pulled this up on TV. Thanks for being a part of my life, guys :)

This game has almost unsettlingly good voice acting.

The Grumps hit the nail on the head with the tracking effect. Like that Calvin and Hobbes comic... "See, VHS tapes never had tracking errors, it was the WORLD that had tracking errors back then! VHS tapes were just the best way to capture the effect."

The voice actress for Sara was Olivia Steele. She's a voice in a bunch of spooky games. but not House Party, sorry Dan.

Man I watched Markiplier play this like a week ago and he did the correct linear path that led to the game...and somehow Arin ended up in a store trying to buy a washer and dryer??? Wtf?

I unironically love the art style for this game. Downgrading is such a cool trend for games right now and I really dig it.

Y'know, now that we know Allie hangs out in the grump room to monitor stuff or whatever while the guys are recording, it's almost like every episode is a Guest Grumps now, and I think that's cool.

Lmfao wow the one time Arin skill at not doing well with simple missions paid off with that closet mission on the beginning. (It was a jump scare they missed out on. There was a guy hiding here. But Arin being Arin he avoided the jump scare buy not being able to find the closet which was right behind him the whole time when she said she had to look in the closet. Lol)

The devs are Puppetcombo. They make a lot of really good, old PS1 style horror games. The only issue with them is that they love their incredibly loud sfx

I love that even Danny gets frustrated that Arin just blantantly ignores the dialog, which always leads to them getting completely lost

Hearing Dan and Arin mock the game while still on the title is amazing. After seeing how it managed to fuck up Markiplier, I know this is gonna be good.

I can honestly say, this playthrough actually creeped me out so bad, I couldn't sleep the whole night. I watched it late in the evening on Halloween thinking it'd just be a stupid game with bad graphics that would make me laugh, but it was so unnerving the whole time. That jumpscare with the creepy guy actually made me scream out loud.
