Thank you. I have been watching Love advice TV for almost a month now. It helps me a lot. When I knew when he was dating with someone else I decided to let him go and move on. I am busy focusing for myself (personal growth). I am working on the things I did not do because of fear. I still believe one day I will be able to meet someone who is really meant for me. That person who is willing to spend his life for me through thick and thin, in sickness and joy where we can grow together and embrace our imperfections.

Hey coach, congrats on the new baby! For me it has been a year and a half since we got divorced. I cheated and that was the reason for our divorce. I made all the mistakes trying to prevent the divorce, it still happened. She moved back to her home state when the divorce went through. She blocked me and all of our mutual friends. She has not responded to any attempts to reconnect and has focused on posting in social media about how great her life is now. I don’t know much about what her life is like now. I still want to fix things. Don’t know what to do.
Congrats on your second baby! It’s been about a year since we have broke up. I’ve been single and recently have been trying to move on... it’s been very hard. I still love him but know it’s best to not be together. He hurt me so deeply. Finding my worth has been hard but it’s been growth and I’m grateful for that.

I can’t take much more lol I went no contact 2 weeks, he reached out, quite a few messages. He wanted to talk, he asked a few times. I asked what did you have in mind. He suggested pub and a day... I eventually replied a few hours later that I had a party on that day and I figured it would not end until later afternoon. Meaning: I’m free after that. I learned after wanting my ex back so bad, that I was wanting her to fill a void that I should have been filling for myself. I told her today that it was wrong for me but that I would be making the most of our time apart and hoped shed do the same. And that if we ever had a future..it would be once we were both complete as individuals first. She seemed to really appreciate it and I feel like I showed her I am grateful for the breakup, because it gives me time to grow. Coaches in love advice TV I love you guys so much , you guys have helped me through my separation and divorce and my recent breakup from my kids father. The videos you guys upload I see and listen to going to work, on my breaks, coming home from work and when I’m about to go to sleep . I just want to be a better person not necessarily for my ex but for my kids and myself because in a lot of videos you guys talk about self improvement and honestly towards the end of the day you are stuck with YOURSELF. Each and every one of you guys have given me great advice with every video I watch. Self improvement is key wether you want to get your ex back or not. It’s definitely work but sooner or later you know when it’s time to move on. I love my kids and myself enough to realize focusing on them and me is more important. Be friends if you can. You weren't official and she is very clear she doesn't want a relationship. Don't think being distant was the main reason, it's more likely she doesn't have romantic feelings and uses the distance excuse just so she has a reason.

can you do a topic where your ex told you not to contact them for a certain period of time example, they say not to contact them at least 6 month. and they are the dumper.
Then they definately want to move on. If they are the dumper, they chose to not want to be in a relationship with you. But then, for them to say "don't contact me for at least 6 months" goes to show that they are pretty deadset in their decision. And they don't want you to reappear back in their life, it makes it harder for them to forget about you. Maybe they are ok with being friends or possibly talking to you in the future but they want to have these couple months to get over you first and they think 6mths will do it. ... So basically long story short, they don't want u to reach out cos they want to get over you.

my ex ended our 1 year (anniversary in a couple weeks) relationship 2 weeks ago now, and I haven't communicated with him, or messaged since that day. Should I continue to do no contact even if he stopped talking to me because he has a “gut” feeling that I’m talking to other people (were not exclusive). I let him know that he is wrong and that I have only been seeing/dating him. But won’t believe me because he’s been cheated on before and doesn’t want to go through that again. My ex broke up with me 3 weeks ago. I’ve tired everything as far as trying to prove to him I wasn’t cheating. He is in the military was stationed in Iraq for months is coming home in two weeks. I’ve tried to fix things which even he said can’t be fixed. I’ve done no contact for 4 days and currently doing it again for idk how long. I think the best thing you can do right now is take a step back and detach yourself from the SITUATION, which is different from detaching yourself from him. Don't be so emotionally involved in the back and forth that is natural in relationships. If your relationship is 100% perfect, then there's something wrong, so don't despair over this setback. And with regard to the cheating allegations, don't try to dignify it with proof that you didn't :) - Adrian

Secondly, let the situation go completely and know the back n forth is normal correct? So simply do what I’ve been doing in the relationship right and don’t back off from him just the situation? Or how exactly do I detach from the situation?Lastly, is there a chance in your opinion that we will work it out and get back together? That’s been the million dollar question and sometimes I have hope n often times I don’t. How does no contact rule even work if you’re blocked every where (text/calls, Facebook, Instagram blocked)? You’re naturally in no contact because you are blocked and being unblocked is not guaranteed. I’ll use this time to work on myself but not sure how it works on the getting back with ex end.
What about if the relationship was short term coach Adrian? Things did go fast however there was some hurt on both sides, more on my side (dumpee). I reacted to some things he said to a mutual friend and said things on social media that hurt him. He didnt like that cause his friends were asking him about it. He initially wanted to work things out in the future but he said the social media thing turned him off, so he doesnt want to but he was open to still talking to me but he left that up to me. I've gone into no contact, he has reached out to me twice and I responded, the convos were short and sweet, some sort of catching up. He did send me a birthday message where he said despite what happened he was happy that he met me. Idk things seem pretty final to me, every day I work on myself, definitely not on social media strongly anymore.

Personally I think the best option is just to be harmony with myself and agree with inner voice. Have a good coach, find peace in yourself, develop your personality. And if you truly love this person, you feel connection and see potencial in this relationship, just wait for she/he with maximizing your chances. Can anyone give some examples of how to work on yourself or to change? I’m a female who lost my mother a year before my relationship started and depression slowly started to sink in and for a while, I let it take over and my marriage started suffering. I have started trying to do more activities and I continue to go to work each day but I’m honestly not sure of other things I can do. I know people suggest going to the gym or go out with friends but I need some cheap or free things to do.
