Awesome video! Helpful... I just tore my biceps not too long ago. So useful info.

That is very helpful. However, as you may know, most people actually hate going to the doctor. Whether it's fear of needles or just not wanting to make an appointment only to have to wait 2 hours in a waiting room with other sick people spewing their germs, most people would rather do anything else. I would find it very helpful if you could do a video about how to either persuade a friend or loved one who needs to see a doctor or how to motivate yourself when you know you should go and don't want to.

Great video Denise! Timely too since I just injured my medial collateral ligament in my right knee. Recuperating and walking without crutches now. Keep posting the informative videos!

@clearandconvincing Thanks for the comment. I've worked with many athletes w torn MCL's. the good thing is you don't need surgery! But you will have to work on your balance a lot when the time comes. Try not to stay on crutches too long since that weakens your leg each day you're on them. Just do as your doctor says or until you can walk without a limp. In my opinion, in terms of recovery time, it's at least the best of the 4 ligaments to injure if that helps. :) good healing vibes to you!
