This session is from Saturday, April 8th at Training Think Tank in Alpharetta, GA. Brent Fikowski and his coach David Spurr dropped by for a training weekend with some of our athletes in preparation for the 2023 CrossFit Semifinals.
In our last workout ( • IF YOU HAVE TO ASK, YO... ) we introduced some of our athletes, and in this one, we explore when to take a risk in CrossFit.

i absolutely loved this. Editing was super fun. The LP was on cue with Brent down to the "Start". Felt like a hype speech before a 1rm Bench. Edit: Damn good luck to your Sister and Nephew. Really inspiring.
