Eddie Alvarez is a great example of how it should be. Build up to the fight you can trash talk your way to it, insult your opponent etc but after the fight be a man about it accept your loss and drink a beer together . Respect !!

But there's something to be said when u look at Dustin's overall career. He's never touched gold but I wouldn't consider him a gatekeeper...the kid got heart

I think this is partially why Demetrios Johnson was so good at destroying his opponents. He never had that confidence that may dwindle your performance. He was on point every fight(beside Cejudo 2).
