im 42 and D double E first popped in my ears about 2005 after morfire and treading on thin ice which dropped close too each other in 2001-2...That was the birth of eski / grime...He was in Newham generals with footsie...Then he went off and did verious bits ...had a very distinctive sound/which Unknown t does aswell...Street fighter riddem boomed it..The rest is histroy...As for Unkown T i think fresh home was the first time i heard him...Then other bits ...WW2..then who said drill is dead...There both very similar in that they have a unique style...its good too see artists from different genarations chatting about the craft...need more or these life lessons...Peace
I'm so glad this has been done. For years I've been saying we need to see older artists sit with younger artists. Hope you can get more sit downs like this.
Inspiring to see a top boy of the old gen and top boy of the new gen come together and have so much in common. This was a sick vid, more content like this!
