Hey all! Follow along as I get the full gamut of Wisconsin Springtime weather! Rain + Snow! We go for a hike, take a easy day, and just enjoy being outside! We spend time in the Scout Kenai Truck camper, Drive around in my Ford Super duty, do a little Overlanding, a little boon docking, and a little hiking! so much for watching!

I was just watching to learn more about the Scout, but got a real treat with your drive through the woods in the snow. That was some great video, music, and editing! Good job, very enjoyable.

Another stellar video Josh and the perfect way to start my day. The snowy footage of the Scout going through the forest was just BREATHTAKING Josh and I so admire how respectful you are of the deer . That hike was certainly not the typical sure footed , flat surface kind . The setting was beautifully moody but how challenging when each step has you sinking into the ground !

Josh, I stumbled on your channel while searching for input on the Badlands since I will be heading there soon on my way to Alaska. I also watched your videos on your camper setup since I've been looking for a better solution than sleeping in the back of my SUV when out for photography trips. DId you consider the four wheel camper? If so, why did you choose the Scout? The scout looks like a nice solution. You have done a great job on your channel, I like the style and it gave me some ideas. I'm a new youtuber and still learning. I look forward to seeing more from you in the future, I also welcome any feedback on my channel.

Hi John! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave me a comment! I did consider 4 wheel campers. They are fantastic, arguably better to drive with and a very quality product. The cold weather insulation was the biggest factor to getting the scout. I can comfortably camp in -20 degree weather in the scout, which would be probably pushing it on the 4 wheel camper. Thank you so much for such kind comments! I can’t wait to share more videos! I will take a look at your channel! ✌️

Our Kenai is being delivered in a couple of months, what are your ‘must haves’ for us to purchase?

I would highly suggest a small battery operated fan for inside. It helps a lot in the warmer months, but in the winter it helps distribute the hot air from the diesel heater more efficiently. I point mine at the floor, and it keeps everything nice and toasty. I also highly, highly recommend airbags for your truck. I absolutely love mine, and even though I’m well within the payload of my 1 ton, it really helps with the comfort while driving. And when I’m at camp. I crank the PSI to 100, and it makes the camper rock solid while your in it. I’m sponsored by Airlift, so I’m a bit biased. But I don’t think you will find a better quality product

Hi Alex! No worries at all! I use them to level my camper out. My back end was a little lower than the front, so the extra 2-3 inches of each side helps me get back level. Thanks so much for commenting! ✌️

2 reasons. 1, sometimes my wife is with me. She doesn't want to be apart of the videos, so I am sometimes referring to her. 2, I feel like the viewer is actually with me, as Im talking to the camera. So when I say "we are going to go here", I honestly feel that I'm bringing you guys along.
