This game looks like an exact reskin of Brotato. UI, enemy spawn and most of the enemy movement and attacks act identical too. Most of the weapons work in the exact same way, for example the shurikens have the exact same effect, and they all hover around you and fire automatically. The biggest most obvious similarity is that they exactly copied Brotato's absolutely moronic life steal system, where lifesteal is actually a percent chance to restore 1 HP only, which is basically unheard of. The only gameplay difference that doesn't appear to be copy pasted from Brotato, is the inventory system that was heavily inspired by backpack hero. The unity asset graphics and camera angle seem to only be there to cover it up. They quite literally just copy pasted everything

@@matthewbergeron3641 I dont even agree, brotato was made better. its also not isometric camera, and this game is which is not a good move in this genre. Also though, ALL of this genre is the same thing over and over again, its the stuff thats different about it that makes them good or not. Youre really not going to improve on the base mechanics of the genre, theyre too simple and too good for that. there are going to be overlap in the weapons and stuff, brotato also has plenty of that with the weapons and things they offer, there are only so many recognizable ways for attacks to be satisfying. that said, it would not be remotely surprising if some of their ideas are literally a direct rip from brotato or other games in the genre, since they pretty blatantly stole the backpack hero mechanic. The shurikens dont function the same though, they dont bounce on crit. If the fact that theyre a shuriken and bounce is enough to be "copy paste" then brotato did the copy/paste first anyway so whats the harm in copying them. thats not a new idea in the least to say the entire game is a direct copy/paste rip off of brotato is going way too far though imo, if you were saying that then brotato is a direct rip off of lots of other games too, and all of those are a direct rip off of VS, which is a direct rip off of Magic Survival (as the dev of VS themselves said it was inspired by it). Its just a rabbit hole that doesnt need to be gone down

Yea! It's so much like brotato that they even decided to copy the UI, enemy movement and attacks, weapons and their weapon effects and the janky lifesteal system that is terrible but was really only seen in Brotato. It's so quirky that they are so alike in those ways
