Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I would have turned it around opened the role up door and raised the bed all the way up backed up hit the brakes and depositing the Contance where they came from .

Must be a heck of business repo these sheds, to develop equipment to make any situation possible to move these sheds, I’m in awe. I’m a farm boy used to equipment of all types and kinds and this is the best I’ve seen.

We bought a 16x44 one time that was Amish built. We have two nice doors and 9 windows put in. It was meant to be a river cabin to get away. We sold it half way through finishing it. All of the windows leaked so they had to be taken out and put in correctly. The doors never worked right. Then the outside wood siding started bowing up everywhere. It was just a nightmare. I wouldn't even recommend these for shops to work on yard equipment in. We ended up getting a bank loan and building correctly for a lot less in the end. They look and feel to be build very well upon first look but trust me if you watch enough videos you will see that it wasn't just ours that has issues lol.

@@robertsullivan3877 from what I’ve seen with the companies in my local area, they will actually profit a good bit more with the repos than selling one outright. They wont tell you that but the numbers on them do not lie

@@Sudas80 maybe you should use your brain. There are unfortunately a lot of people who love that way. I had some in a rental property. After eviction, it took 3 off the largest dumpsters available and a crew to empty the house, basement and garage. They appeared to be “normal” people. I know landlords that have the same issue. And these people have picked up other sheds that people lived in that had the same issue and the surrounding property was just as unkempt.

Yup I've cut service wires one at time. Blown up some diagonal cutters on romex... Well its off now, expensive way to find the circuit breaker for what your working on.

I like your videos but you should have done something more with that electric. To just turn off the breaker and leave the wires hanging in the breeze is a bit irresponsible. At least tape up the ends and tape it up to the pole or something. You just never know who will come along like maybe kids or something. An extra minute to practice good safety wont hurt.

Yeah, this one concerned me too. The breaker box is open (unlocked) and bare wires on the ground. As a contractor myself, I know that the last person to touch something is responsible. If some kid or adult got hurt on those wires, the liability would be coming back to @shed happens. That would be awful all the way around. I would have pulled the cover and unscrewed the wires so they can’t be energized.

should have called the electric company and maybe fire department. it was an illegally installed setup, with all the wrong things anyway. electric co. will snip the wires right off feeding the whole pole ;)

People should pay their bills. Or, how about this? Unhook it. Since you know it's going to be repossessed. It's unreal to me how many comments in this video say, "Oh, he should be doing this or that"... as if it's his responsibility to clean up the mess of the delinquent debtor. He goes above and beyond on every repo he does. They're lucky he even took the time to shut the breakers off to make sure it was safe. Pay your bills or don't borrow money you can't afford to pay.

I bought a repoed shed, it's very nice except it took six months to get rid of a particular stink that came with it. Found spoons burned up and more paraphernalia for like a heroin addiction. Shed is finally usable. Much lysol later. 🤣

So the cables were cut and not isolated and put in a junction box and just left on the ground for someone to get electrocuted down the track.

With your knees in the dirt it doesn’t matter if you cut one wire at a time or not it will get you. I would take a old pair of lineman cutters stand up close my eyes and cut the whole wire at once. If it’s on it will arc flash a little and kick the breaker in a second. If it’s 220V or any wire bigger than 12 gauge (orange wire) I wouldn’t do that.

Surely the county inspector didn't pass that indoor breaker panel on the meter pole...and the electrical work inside was atrocious as well... You're lucky you repossessed that shell before an electrical fire burned it to the ground..!
