My grandson just passed away. He was turning 24 in September. He had his CDL license 18 years old. He was within a couple of months of becoming a journeyman lineman in the electrical trade. He was a master at whatever he put his mind to. He was able to take engines and transmissions apart and rebuild them as if he was born with those skills. He loved life he lived it to the fullest was planning on getting married to his grade school sweetheart and having children. In his passing, he has donated his organs for someone else to have a chance to live their dreams. I I'm an old man, I would gladly have trade places for him. Life is short get out there and live your dreams.

There’s a place beyond broken. It’s called numb, dissociated. It’s where you can’t feel broken; you can’t feel.

I had just left my second abnsive marriage after nine months of secret planning that ivolved a 3 year old son, a dog, and 4 horses when I found a lump in my breast. It was cancer. 3 months later had surgery. 10 months later had a mastectomy for a second mass. My faith in Jesus has kept me alive. My son will turn 8 next month. Resilience and courage grow strength.

You know. I've never commented on my own struggles publicly. But I do remember during some of those darker times when I was contemplating taking my life, feeling the world would be a better place with out me. Jordan's videos were becoming popular, and it was during the free speech crisis. There was never a speech, lecture, debate, interview that was bad. Not everything was motivational, but you could see the meticulousness in every word and thought. Very carefully though out, yet still speaking with such passion. Passion from personal experience, and from the experiences of others. And it was moving. This man, Jordon, always talks about striving to be the best you can be. Tears in his eyes because he knows how hard that is, how painful life can be, and impossible to rise up at times. He's been there, and he's seen it in others. He's too familiar with the pain of life. Yet still, tell us, 'rise up, be your best for the sake of it self'. He has no hidden agenda, no power to gain. Just do it for your own sake, and for it's own. "There will be generations because of you" is a piece of was listing to by Dan Thiessen and Epic music. Instantly I thought of Jordan, and then myself, and then any one, and everyone that something as simple and complex as words can reach out to and save them from them selves. God only knows what the world is like when one person is gone. Gone because they were forsaken, took their life, just stopped living any more. And God only knows all the minute details of a life lived. The impacts it has on so many others. Save one person, save a thousand, and each one of those a thousand themselves. You speak from you heart, and so selflessly. Unless it's for the peace of mind, you did all you could while in this life. But still. Bless you and all that you do. Thank you for caring so much for it's own sake. The world needs more great speakers like you.

To be of service to others. So true. We grow old and along the way, lose some of the zest and physical strength, but yes, giving help always makes me happy. Or even just a smile or simple greeting.

A lot of people would be increasingly helped and do better in life. If more therapists or psychologists had the capacity of being on Jordan Petersons' level of listening, understanding, and the compassion to help fix the problem.

I love to examine Jordan’s philosophical take on scripture. He presents it in ways I’ve never considered. Although I don’t believe that one should hold tight to the “gospel according to Peterson” anymore than McAuthor , I do think always questioning various aspects of our beliefs is a healthy endeavor and should periodically be explored.

Things get tricky when you being gaslighted

I dont want to be motivated...what i wanted was too be a husband, father and friend and live my life like i was promised as a young man. I wanted god in my life with my children and my wife but nothing was ever good enough, exciting enough no matter my success and i had plenty. Now i have nothing..no wife no home children grown and im alone. The only thing i want now is too care for my mom and dad until they pass. There both 84 years old. Then death can have me. Free me from this bullshit. Im told my value is only as a provider well im 60ty and worn-out from all the takers. I dont need motivation....i dont want nothing . Im glad im old and a useless eater .
