wish i discarded them first but i didn’t know they where a narcissist till after the fact. i didn’t know they would leave. they knew i was sick and tired of them but i thought they was going to work on there behavior. They already had someone lined up and left me for them. #panicpick 😅. best thing i did was go NC I been blessed since i went NC. I’m happily dating someone. I’m no longer controlled/manipulated/lied to/cheated on/devalued etc. I don’t have to here them brag all the time or talk about previous supply. I realized I didn’t need them and i have no drama/chaos. I live peacefully I stay off they social media!!! Idc who they with or what they doing. they know not to hoover me. 😂😂😂. stay yo butt over there!!!

I'm happy you have peace finally and got away from the abuse!! The abuse never ends and destroys every aspect of your life and being slowly. They're diseases that latch on and try to kill who you are.. . I hope you took a good break before jumping Into another relationship though. You need time alone after these relationships to heal alone for atleast 6 months to a year. This way you can slow your life down and truly heal from the trauma and make sure you don't bring these Traumas into your next relationship which will just hurt your new partner and your relationship which will further hurt you. Anyways, I'm happy you got away and are happy I truly hope this stays this way. I'm happy you got away from the narc ❤ much love and Namaste

I haven’t talked to my ex in over a year. I’m already moved on and married. Yesterday I got a call from a bill collector asking for him. He didn’t have any debt when we broke up 2 years ago because he couldn’t get a credit card, so this is all new nonsense. He ran into my best friend a couple of times and was suddenly so nice, but before the breakup he was always trying to fight my friend for no reason. It’s so crazy that they all do the same goofy stuff. I love this channel. You get into the relatable details that no one else mentions.

To be honest I left ten months ago. It was done for me. I cut off contact. Never watching anything they were doing. Things were so quiet and peaceful. Honestly at first it was damn hard then as time went on its been easier with being pretty much a ghost. But now I'm having flying monkeys are coming my way. She turned up at a place that I was at.
