What happens if you merge GTA Cop chases with elements from need for speed? Complete chaos. The best part is that the cops are not even annoying anymore. They are much more human and do NOT even know where you are if you lose sight from them. Allowing you to actually hide. Anyway here are the mods.
PEV: Dispatch, Tactics, Ambience Remastered & San Andreas Law Enforcement (PEV Team) : www.gta5-mods.com/misc/police... (I am using the S.A.L.E version because it was easier to place most wanted cop cars in there.)

Yup it was way easier to get the add on cars to spawn with SALE. Im impressed that you actually turned them into gta 4 cops where they don't even know where you are at all times

One more info note about the Rockport PD pack for GTA 5: the author for the mod pack is still working on making the Beta versions of both the Civic Cruiser and it's Undercover variant.

Unfortunately it's not possible to make the cops as smart or even as fast as they are in most wanted. We tried from every possible coding angle and other in game trickery to make it happen but there's just too many hard stop limitations in place. Sadness unu

Sorry for being out of topic, i try the mod nfsmw heat 10 by you and the cop having an upgrade but it didnt pass heat 5, does it bcs of the mod are bugging or because i using cheat (nfsmw trainer) to get car (porsche carrera) right away . if u asking why i dont download already saved game , well i started back bcs all acc has being damged. Soo, can you explain why?

just download extra options mod and press fn+f7 and then pg up/down. If you are earlier in the career your heat does not go above 5.

You can still make crossrace cars spawn. Because a crossrace car is car that the AI that is a policeman can sit alone. I tried converting a police car from a police3 to crossrace car in dispatch.meta. But it didn't spawn. Or just spawn a car but there is no police, like in the clip where you meet ghost cross, can you teach me how to make the crossrace car spawn? give me a favor❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I'm using a better wanted level system police spawning 2.2.2 mod that has 3 different types of police cars (stanier, baffalo and interceptor), a swat team and the addition of an fbi to the chase.

oh, the spawn system of that mod is completely different than what i have. maybe try replacing the other cop cars with the crossrace and see if it works? im using the san andreas law enforcement mod that allows add on cars to be more friendly to the system and likely decreases the ghost cops chances. If i gave out my dispatch meta for you it probably would have broke the game.
