I did the same on my Azusa with a 10" SSR spoke wheel and disk, Kenda scooter tire, and a cheap amazon hydraulic brake. I had to fabricate a 12mm axle, spacer and bracket.

Would you consider making a video on how to install and connect a handle bar mounted kill switch eliminating the factory or incorporating the two together. My DB30 has a Honda GX200 but I assume it’s the same for the predator 212. Thank you

Those tiny brake setups come with 8MM Banjo bolts instead of the way more common 10MM Banjo bolts . 8MM hoses are harder to find than 10MM . They do sell conversion banjo bolts to adapt a 10 mm brake line to a tiny 8MM CALIPER and or master cylinder .

Link for single piston brake? Don't forget about the regen brakes on the E-bike. Super easy 1 wire ground to activate for most ECU's.

Considering the fact that the coleman ct200u have about the same pipe diameter on the forks as a doodlebug, do you think the front brake kit for the ct200u will be a direct fit onto the db30? I was on gopowersports and it caught my attention and had me thinking 🤔🤔

You might know this already, but I think something like 70% of the braking force on a motorcycle comes from the front brake. So you're probably better off with the dual piston up front. The single piston seems plenty powerful, but yeah. But I mean, as long as it stops well, who cares? Also, I was wondering if you've tried the shiny billet 10" wheels from go power sports? They're really pretty. And I'd love to see you try to do a front hydro brake. They said they are working on a mount for it with the mega moto 80 front forks, like they have with the 6" wheels. But I'd like to see how it mounts with the parts from the 6" kit. Just to see if it would work. the wheels are expensive, so it would be an expensive experiment. Does that make any sense?

I figured most mini bikes come with no front brake at all. Azusa, GTS ,Doodlebug ,Coleman etc . So any front brake is a bonus.

Dude move those footpegs to the middle of the frame. You'll find out the first time they get caught on something n your going at any speed. ( it sucks )
