There's a game called Death Incoming on Steam too, idk if it's the same developer as it's a different art style but very similar gameplay, just more complicated with more deaths per level. When I say more, I mean like...big crowds of people. The animations are great.

The most terrifying thing is that yes, IVs do indeed do that.

IVs can ABSOLUTELY work like that! It happened to me when I was a very young teenager and suffered a heat stroke with seizures at the start of the Pope's Mass during World Youth Day/Week. Unfortunately, all of the hospitals and college gyms were already filled with prior victims, so I simply received an IV on a fold-out table. Every time my arm dropped down (below my heart) because I could no longer hold it up, my blood started to flow back up into the IV bag! Luckily, my sister finally found me (I had been rushed away on an ATV when I went down.) and she'd help by picking my arm back up when this happened, causing the blood and IV solution to rush back into me (a most unsettling feeling), but even she had problems keeping my arm up as we were exhausted after the long week. I do see that they now have flow restrictors and multiple ports in IVs now that would likely stop this from happening and they may have had them back then... In ideal working conditions, but we were in anything but! After I felt like I could walk without collapsing, I just took out the IV and we left bc we had to get back to the rest of the family and then walk miles to the church bus for the very long trip home and I didn't want to be the reason 10 of us missed the bus. I turned out to be one of the lucky ones as many people died, including two from our two-bus group. We suspect it has something to do with my extreme health issues now, though.

I've had a special kid of iv and when the liquid was done blood would go up it (probably blood pressure) but definitely not enough to kill it wasn't even enough to reach the bag

You know what kinds of games I enjoyed the most as a child? The ones with gratuitous violence. That's why Conker's Bad Fur Day was one of my favorites. And that flash game where you make money by beating up a mannequin which lets you buy more tools to commit mannequin hate crimes.
