I mean, If I was the killer here I'd appreciate the fact that the hacker game would have been instantly over. At least it wasn't that kind of hostage game.

Today I went against a hacking Bubba, so I thought it was gonna be a pain... It wasn't. The guy would down us and put us on top of roofs, outside the exit games, he'd let us roam around parts of the maps that aren't meant to be stepped on... Overall was a great experience, the guy was really nice about it, he told us he got bored with the game and wanted to make it fun and interesting for everyone. That kind of hacker is pretty great tbh, but yeah any other kind is... Ugh.
For sure. There's a lot of sad people out there who can't take the L. Pretty pathetic but there's not much you can do except laugh at them, report them and move on.
Imagine if after the hacker did all the gens and escaped. They reset the game to the original five gens and close the gates as though nothing happened.
If I had access to the hooked state keybind, I'd just die on hook and get it over with. Or maybe use it to die without getting a temp ban, man how funny would that be?
Cheaters in Dead By Daylight are so strange. There’s a huge discord with a population of them, but firstly let’s not call them “hackers” it makes them sound way cooler than they are. All they’ve done is downloaded a modded client of the game, that comes pre-loaded with key binds that they can change themselves and a UI that allows them to adjust values/properties of their character such as movement speed and action speed. For example, the hacker in your game had the “hook state” bound to their scroll wheel. Which is why they were spamming the Hook State so quickly. The other thing I know is about their mentality. The higher ups in the discord operate under some weirdo logic that they are punishing the devs for their lackluster maintenance of the game. I also know that, they believe that people should just take their hacking in good spirits even if negatively impacts their gaming experience. So basically they are just trying to come up with a bullshit excuse for hijacking games and stream sniping people for their own entertainment. Pretty shitty thing to do.
I know it's become the common word for them now, used by pretty much everybody.. but I also agree. I hate that these idiots have earned the title "Hacker" suggesting they have some kind of skills when all they did was buy and download then run their cheats lol. And to add to that not all hackers are "bad". There are ethical hackers, "pen testers" and such who's living it is to be a hacker, like actual hackers but for the "good guys" These idiots have no skill which is why they cheat!` Absolute losers is what they are lol.
I was in a game before and someone had a flashlight that reached all the way across the map, I was so confused and didn't realize it was a hacker until Dwight appeared on an invisible hook and started following me (it was creepy)....

If I was on that hackers team I'd just run into the killer and let him kill me. I wouldnt wanna profit out of the hackers filth, because that wouldnt make me any better if I profit and "win" (by DBD standards) in a non legitimate way.
@@blondie3743 It's no fun to *just* do gens especially for the killer. For me, I play for a challenge to kill, not to watch the numbers slowly tick up by the second or else I don't even bother. It's always the same thing, one person will be bait, the other people with tool boxes, BNP, and circle of healing will do the rest. It's just not fun.
I once met a hacker, dude had a David King head on Nea body, gave me a flashlight at the start of match... That flashlight blinded me every time I used it, like the beam of light was reversed, it was going right into my pov camera. Anyway he froze the killer after, poor Huntres had her game frozen for entire game... When we finished it she came back saying she had to restart it because she couldnt do anything after hitting the hacker.... We reported that dude, I only feel sorry for the killer :/
Usually it's the fact that their opponent is helpless, powerles My roomate hacks in Krunker An AI plays in his place and he's laughing the whole time But it's that sad, painful laugh He enjoys it cause there, he's in power That's what I think most of them enjoy
if you observe the pattern the generators are being done , you will notice that he cant press 2 keys at the same time. he is spamming hook and unhook ( i guess they are on the same key binding) and the "do a generator" but he cant press them on the same time
Hackers are really just making a complete mockery of this game lately... The devs should really feel ashamed as to how blatant a hacker can be without getting automatically flagged a cheater.

He was not a hacker, he was just great, the killer did not know how to put pressure on the generators and did not protect his 3 gens,baby killer gg ez.
