"When You Tell Me That You Love Me" is a 1991 song by American soul singer Diana Ross. The song was written by Albert Hammond and John Bettis, and produced by Peter Asher. The song was subsequently covered by various artists. Diana did a Duo with Westlife which this cover is based on.
"When You Tell Me That You Love Me" was released as the lead single on August 20, 1991, from Diana Ross's 1991 album The Force Behind the Power released on the Motown label in the US and by EMI in the UK.
Hope you enjoy my take on this, played on my Harley Benton ST.59 guitar ,on the mid / neck pick up selection.
This was a live take ,no video editing.
Through Zoom G3x .connected in stereo via L/R outputs into two Line 6 Spider 15watt amps set clean.

Hi Phil, yes the tabs where spot on, I struggled with the chords / arpeggios at the start, I need longer fingers LOL. The double stops I'd no problems with sailed through them , I know the song very well, so soon got into it . Think it was about the 5th take to record it, so was pleased with that 😊 The BT is very good too, and I've watched you play it ,to get the feel of it, thanks for your help and support, its much appreciated. Hi Neville, I didn't realize it was so long myself, till I saw the timer on YT 😊 I soon got into it, I know the song so think that helps with the timing etc, I sailed through the double stops, struggled a bit with the start , changing the chords quick, this was the fifth take I think ,so pleased with that , not many easy ones by Phil, he likes his DStops LOL. Good afternoon Alan, I'm a big fan of Miss Ross , and I know this song pretty well, the double stops weren't a problem , the start was ,the arpeggios /chords my fingers are to short, and I cant change chords fast enough LOL, this was the best take out of five ,so not bad really. Glad you enjoyed it, there's quite a lot to remember, but great tabs by Phil, and excellent BT from KV website.
