I was on Workers Compensation, and I was caught working in my yard. I was on percocet and I felt great. Because of that, they sent me back to work. I am currently back to work and in pain all day long. I refused an EMG because I don't want back surgery, so the doctor put me a MMI and at this point, nobody really seems to care that I'm in sciatic pain all day. I have a mortgage and I have to work, so I just keep working in pain.
Wow!! My attorney hasn’t even asked me how I’m feeling after 3 surgeries and 2 1/2 years of my on going case to this day. She called me last month and just said my IME put me at 57% and she is ready to close my case. When I still have multiple injuries I still need to be at. 5 fractured ribs that are still causing me pain-discomfort, they healed uneven my left hip has a tear in it and I’m slow getting any time I try standing or If I stand to long I have pain, both shoulders have torn rotator cuffs, right knee clicks, neck soreness from cervical spine C6-C7 and I had internal bleeding 🩸 in my head that also caused my lost of smell 👃🏼 and taste. L4-5 fusion and hardware in my elbow because it shattered when I fell from a 2 story ladder at work. Update 5/21/23 they just found the reason my neck was hurting because I have my c6-c7 cervical problem and may need another fusion. I hate my lawyer.. and I don’t like the work hate.. I’d rather dislike something or someone before I HATE.. Thank you soo much for these informative videos…. I will send these videos to my attorney. She just wants the easy way out of actually doing her job and settling with whatever they offer. Sorry for the rant. 😬😵💫😢
It is likely your case has reached it's value if there is not much more insurance coverage available... just my thought... maybe your bills are $200k, and there is only 500k policy limits.... that means your case is already worth 600k-1.5 million or more... you don't want to over treat because there will be no more meat left on the bone....
