@@YEY0806 In Twilight Princess Link has long ears but the text to transform back from a wolf says 'Transform into Human' or something along those lines. I think Hylians are synonymous with humans or are a particular race contrasted by Gerudo and/or short ears. But elves never come up in Zelda as far as I'm aware. Hylians have long ears to 'hear the voice of the gods' or so they say. However there is the Kokiri/Korok tribe which are essentially fae.

Actually it is just from the view of Greg the garlic farmer. The hero is not voiced and just has answer options to choose from, but they are never to be heared, and the npc are just reacting to these lines. Of course Greg is the only one noticing everything, since he is the NPC in a game and knows it, but cant read the answer options nor does he hear them since he is not part of the system anymore :D
