This is just a friendly reminder to people that sometimes it might just be better to move on instead of holding out hope . My ex moved in with his new girlfriend after only a few months something he never did with me after knowing me for years . And he says that he is very happy and that I don’t listen and that we can’t see each other or talk .. best to just move on when someone ditches you

I went 50 days before reaching out to my ex. I was friendly and amicable, she responded right away, but was very quick to tell me she had no interest in being romantic with me again. She offered to be friends and I told her no, I have no interest in that. She got mad and blocked me. Never settle, know your worth and don't waste your time pining for something that's dead.

@@DRaven-of2lv The moment someone breaks up with you, your goal is to go no contact and move on. Dont wait for them. Heal, improve, date other people. If they come around , now you have the power, if they dont they dont. You are not waiting for anyone. The reason why peope get thier ex back using no contact is because it is a display of strength, that you like them, they know you like them but you are still not reaching out to them. It increases respect towards you, and sends a signal of strength that yes you liked them but you dont need them. If u break no contact after 2 3 months, now you are showing weakness, and confirming to them, you gave in and contacted. That feeds their ego and now they dont want you. Actions must have consequences, they broke up, you disappear from their life forever. If they want you, they must come to you.

Well I clicked on the video really worried about what I was going to hear. But he doesn't do any of these not even close, and it gives me hope. We are nowhere near close to getting back together (moving through riding the dragon phase, he's still hurt but loves me) but our interactions or going well and we actually shared an intimate nostalgic moment last night so I have hope!

My ex and I have been talking on a regular basis since January. She does discourage me from believing that we’re dating or in a relationship again. But, she says it’s because she’s afraid of getting hurt and afraid that it will cause her to hurt me unintentionally. I’d say it’s a pretty good sign. Either way, just focusing on having good conversations, and not pushing for anything that might suggest that we’re back in a relationship again.

@@ivy3839 Actually, 7 months later and we are back together. So, as it turns out, it was a good sign. We just needed to build a solid foundation of friendship before committing. We’ve both been in bad relationships and needed to make sure we were right for each other. And yes we are! Way happier than the first time around!

Once it's done do not go back. It's incompatible for a reason. If they couldn't communicate well during the relationship you 'will not' convince them to improve otherwise. They would have improved themselves 'during' the relationship. If it caused separation because they didn't want to wake up then, -then it is not a good fit. You want a partner who will improve the situation 'before' letting it fall apart, not someone who doesn't care if it falls apart (and refuses to be better). Life is too short. Find the right fit. Get rid of the ones who are not.

Mines come off our new mortgage within moves coz I was a gambling addict and smoked weed we just got house last year December give me another chance in Jan fished it in April moving out in June I changed and stopped everything on April when she ended it AV begged told her I love her more than anything send a out 100 texts a day we have a 8 year girl and we're together 15 year the gambling hit me hard last five year or so In relationship I have gone t total off everything now and trying to be a better version of myself AV hit gym we have contact for the kid but she getting her own house next couple of weeks and devastated she tells me it's not about anybody else but to concentrate on her self coz she had a breakdown she has told me to move on but I just can't coz av changed my whole life for her and love her to bits I just hope with the space and stuff she might miss some good parts there must have been some

My ex hasn't blocked me and sees all my stories and staff but i try to talk to her after some no contact time and she replies but she is not reaching out to me. Thats how she always has been even when we were together and thats one of the reasons we broke up that she wasn't actually trying to reach to me ever either via texting calling or to go out on a date. It is hard for me because i do love her but i can't figure out if she's still mad at me or even if i would like try the relationship again. She is very hard to read because at one hand she doesn't show any interest but thats how she was at the beginning on the other hand i dont know what to do shall i keep texting her untill she becomes more relaxed with me and the heat of the break up fades away or shall i leave her do something if she does but i am pretty sure she waits for me thats how she is.

He is the one who is being weird.. I was the one who blocked his friends and asked him to stop contacting me... Texting or calling bxz he hurt me so bad . 2 months in and he is back and wants to be friends.. I asked him point blank why he is back . It didn't even take him a week to get back with his ex. I’d cut him off especially if he was the type to text you frequently. My ex was busy with work and always made time for me. My ex very much like yours kept pushing for friendship…. They do this because they want to have you as an option just in case the next girl isn’t what they thought she would be. I’d advise you to pull away from him.

My ex made me think everything was good between us . if someone forced somebody to block a person in social media, it may speak more of their behavior and level of security in the relationship. Though we really cannot fully tell exactly what motivated your ex's rebound to force him to do such action.
