It's really tough to focus on myself and go forward when my ex is dating someone after only month from breakup. Can't concetrate on nothing properly because I think all the time on them. What are they doing and it drives me crazy and vulnerable. Exercise hepls me out a little and when I'm hanging out with friends. But when I'm alone at home with my thoughts..it is bad😑 And the worst thing is we are working together..
Focus on yourself, be professional and try to work on self control. Have a look and see what else is out there. Try to show you are doing well and take it one day at a time. It’s not easy but no use in trying to force anything, have to be patient and things will fall into place eventually. Try to fill up your weekends with productive stuff and reduce the amount of time in your thoughts
I've been there and it was horrible that my ex started dating a guy within a week. I was out of control and made huge mistake of showing my insecurity and also putting her on a pedestal. Big mistake. Huge turn offs. And the conclusion, I didn't get her back and it really got over for good. I wasted a year and a half over her. Looking back I wish I heard this advice and had a better self control to work on myself. Fast forward 13 years later, it was the best thing that we broke up. We were not compatible and just biding our time. I couldn't accept the reality at the time. I thought I was going to die.

What if your ex replies to your msgs positively but didn't agree to meet when hinted. Did no contact for almost 70 days meanwhile I suppose he is going out on dates. How to do reattraction if we don't spend time in person and no contact is increasing day by day
It means you're still waiting for him to make a move and then react. Big mistake in my opinion. You have to take your power back and work on yourself and try to forget him and his moves. Only then he will be attracted to you again and might come back.
My ex is moving in with someone else less than a month after we broke up. She says he understands her more than me cos he's got similar childhood issues. I've stopped bothering now I'm just trying to move on. Just pisses me off that she gets to walk away into the sunset with someone else while I'm here struggling to run a flat and business I only moved into, cos she said she was going to deal with her alcohol issues and work alongside me.

My ex has just told me today she wants to start dating again we broke up in October last year and we got back in touch in February and become friends (if that’s what you want to call it) we was talking daily and I would see her a few times a day we would flirt with each other and a few weeks ago we had sex since the break up she got back off holiday last week and was acting weird with me as not messaging me if I didn’t message her and I’d not get a few replies then she would go quiet we was together for nearly 5 years she told me she don’t want to get back with me because she don’t trust me anymore and don’t belive that I can change but since we have split up I have completely turned my life around and since being back in touch we have got on soo good and had loads of laughs when I been round her house is there anything I can do to get her back please reply I need your help!!!
