Question -- what is the role of kappa and lambda ISH stains in a gastric bx if you are lucky and have a prominent plasma cell component to work with? do you use them or have confidence in these stains to differentiate reactive/inflammatory verses clonal entities? Superb lecture! Thanks you so much! you really helped answer a lot of questions I had!
