Fun fact: Muffins (and all other soft items that only knock down NPCs when thrown like muffin, cheeseburger, etc) deal 1 dmg to male and 3 dmg to female NPCs so you can lower the target's health from 100 to below 1 by specific combination of body shots with specific weapon and kill him by throwing a banana. But in Dubai if you do Grey's mission story when they start evacuating their health gets reduced to 1 automatically so it takes just a single muffin throw to kill them, even before they jump off.
