I can understand why the listener took the hoodie. When I was a kid I had my "special blanket" (honestly a regular blanket, but it was so comfy, a little heavy and it always smelled so sweet). The point is that my special blanket ( called mantita) really helped me feel safe at night when there were thunderstorms. I remember I would hug it and try to focus on a song to distract my mind from the thunders. So, I find it so sweet that the listener kept the hoodie :)

Absolutely! I made my ex boyfriend send me the soap he was using in Japan while he was away working. He has psoriasis and this one soap doesn’t bother him… so even though we broke up he ships me a lot of soap for his 6 months stateside. I sneak a few for me.
