Okay I clicked into this episode solely due to my love for Lauren and I really found myself enjoying Shawn's interviewing skills. He's very calm, pleasant and as another comment mentioned: he didn't interrupt. Bravo you two.

I never cared for Lauren much back in the Bach days but I do appreciate her wisdom that she’s grown into. There’s something soothing about her voice and the vibe between her and Shawn is perfect for a podcast. I could listen to them both talk for hours!

Love this podcast🥰 as a mama of a boy, I can also affirm they don't sleep great! 😂 Here is my heartfelt and truest advise (that goes against what doctors or society will tell you) sleep with your baby at night with baby right near mama and the boobies and you will get SO MUCH better sleep And THE BEST thing a man can do in the beginning to be a help is to make sure the mama is fully supported (help her clean, make food, try to give her a few quiet moments to herself when the baby does not need her) Being a breastfeeding mama to a baby is ALOT , but so worth it 😇😇❤️❤️🥰🥰
