Join the shorthanded concrete crew as we begin pouring concrete on this large job. Thankfully on this day we weren't pouring too much concrete but it sure makes everyones job harder when some of the team doesn't show up. Come on man!
@@Theempiresf49 You completely missed the point, I am talking about the absurdity of it. If I miss work only like 5 people even know about it, much less care about it.
@Ugk Abn your the creep thinking like that hahaha dat was never even around my thoughts you creep I'm just saying dat cus they both single and seem like they around the same age but okay creep 🤣😂😂 😂 tweywbc!!!
Well, I'll tell you this.. I agree, taking nothing from bugs. But those of us who have done this work don't F*** around, because it only gets more difficult when racing against time. Also I'm certain they are being paid fairly, and making a good living, it's worth working hard and fast for.
@@Leotheconstructionguy. No "so" just letting you know how we do it down south. To each their own. No disrespect intended. These guys work their asses off and I have definitely picked up a few tips and tricks from watching Victory finish
Man, im 21 and have been working since i was 14 to support myself. Idk how people can just not show up. I hate missing work even if im not feeling well
When it comes to small businesses where the owners longtime friends are the employees it’s a lot more complicated than just letting guys go for not coming in on a Monday.
@@higham777 it's not right either to do a no call no show just because you're friends. Business is Business and friendship is friendship. He still has a Business to run and if you can have the decency to call that's just wrong. And I have a feeling it's not the first time it's happened.
Exactly what I was thinking, it's up to him but they're insulting his reputation everytime they don't show. Sad. I also feel like Daryl Sr. doesn't try very hard anymore.
New video. Let’s go baby!!!!! I’ve been in the dumps for past 2 months, been watching your vids and instantly felt my motivation come back! God bless you!!
Though I was gonna have to come from Alabama to find you I've binge watch all you other video.. best channel. love your channel keep up the good work 😂😂😂😂
Yesssssiiirrrr eassyyyy money!! Gotta love to see it when big guy Ryan uploads on my day off while I'm on the toilet. Literally no better way to start my morning
Great work guys, I love how the team gel together whilst being professional but also a family feel. It's refreshing to see how the passion for work just comes naturally. From Rich in the 🇬🇧 UK
I have never done concrete work, I have been a chef for 17 years. For some reason I find these videos relaxing. I have always wanted to try concrete work.
It's great to see you taking Eric under your wing and teaching him the tricks of the trade. He seems to have a great work ethic, which in this day and age is a rare treasure. It looks like he works well with Bugs too! Bugs had me rolling with the swing shift remark too! I just hope I have power to watch Sunday's upload. Got a nasty French fellow named Henri (soon to be Hurricane) supposed to be sitting in my lap by Sunday A.M.
Nice job Ryan, you & your crew do beautiful work, I could never understand why some guys just don't show up .I have had many crews on projects and when it happens it puts more pressure on me & the rest of the guys....not good...Thank you for these great video's.......Gary/NJ
Looking great. Can't wait to see part 2. Those "wings" look awesome! Make sure to show some good shots of them. Keep up the great job and keep the content coming! Thanks.
I have been doing concrete for long time and my uncle never gave time to show me that and u just taught me in 30 seconds thanks now I will be able to do it lol and u are very calm boss not a lot of people would put up with people not showing up at all
Ryan, just wanted to write that I really appreciate you and your content. It's been a great distraction since my father passed away last month at too young of an age. My Brother, Mother, and myself are looking to continue the home improvement projects and concrete work needed around the house. You and your crew definitely help us take the projects on with a lighter mood, and have helped ease our minds during this process. Thanks so much for what you do, keep up the great work!
prayers for your father austin. i have been going through a rough time myself, and this channel, its hard to explain but really brings a guy like me some joy.
Wow, I learn more about how to prep, pour, and finish concrete than I ever thought I needed to know. Better than staying at a Holiday Inn last night. I'm ready to direct other people to pour concrete now! I feel a bit guilty enjoying watching your guys work so hard while I sip my beer.
Hey Ryan, always fun and interesting when i see a new upload in my feed, you guys are great😅 Can you do a vid or explaination on how you determine the height on the forms/floor? You simply dig into the ground the height you want of the gravel and the concrete thickness? Hi from Norway🙋🔉
I appreciate the fact that you take the time to teach your newer guys how to do something. I used to work in the telecommunications industry climbing towers and when I would ask how to do something I always got "UGHHH, I'll just *ucking do it myself" and never felt like I was learning. Two minutes of your time saves time throughout the entire job. 👍👍
Where did Daryl Superstars man they get away with some murder where I work I'm in concrete where I work if it's a pour day you don't show up don't come back the next day that's just how my boss is a hard a** he don't even joke around lol! Great video buddy keep them out
You can tell Eric’s disappointed cause if HE was late like the Daryl’s he’d be on the curb. Bugs knows nothing is getting done right without him there. Keep going Eric, you could be the next Bugs.
A week after I graduated high school I started doing concrete. I worked for a year doing that but then I became a welder. I actually miss doing concrete I liked it lol.
Man I remember trying to tie the string at work when I was first starting I thought it was an illusion but after I got it the first time it was easy money!
Appreciate the videos I watch every one of them every since I found you on RU-vid keep grinding I’m on a 13 day straight stretch big job with deadlines
Like your content sir, the work ethic and the bond you have with your employees. I'm not into concrete if that's how I can call it but the way use work and the respect for each other is what keeps me going on this vlog. Nice work guy's. All the way from 🇿🇦. I would join this company. Keep bring content.
You are a great boss. Friendly to s point, joking around a bit on the job, but you get serious when it’s time. I’d gladly work for you if I didn’t live in Georgia now. God bless you guys! 🤘🏻❤️
Hey Ryan, I’m Chance Hill and I’m from Arizona. I enjoy each one of your videos and I’m subscriber to your channel. I like how you treat your workers, a very awesome and fun boss. If I lived in the Milwaukee area, I’ll definitely work for you. Keep them videos coming boss.
Thank you so much for the shout out Ryan!! I’ve now rewound the beginning 8 times he was so excited about the shout out 😂🤣😂 Have a great weekend and keep the content coming. Love the channel!!
