Why did Lucy not tell Jay to stay where he was and she'd collect him by taxi? Lucy claims she took a taxi to the Airbnb, and I'm pretty sure she also said she told him to take a taxi home.

I heard they got interviewed and then was probably told. To leave being the sadest option..... All News though, on the fact he is missing, but no info, on people questioned......
