This was a rough one. Mahwish seemed to be in her own world and wasn’t really engaging with Aman for large parts, I know it’s meant to be a mock test but she wasn’t acknowledging when issues were being explained to her. Maybe just a bad day as she is not normally as disengaged as this
Yeah I remember having a disastrous lesson once when I was doing them a few years ago. For some reason I had zero focus and remember that I stamped on the brakes because a red light just didn't register in my brain for some reason

@@ClearviewDrivingher having a bad day = possibly injury someone else. She can have a bad day but she needs to learn how to drive safely along side that! Do not make excuses.
Couldn’t agree more. It’s bad enough they were getting that frustrated at a learner driver, and then there’s the fact they were also the one that was wrong about the speed limit… yikes.
@Straight-Outta-Nottingham It happens alot unfortunately and drivers being aggressive in their driving, because you have L plates on they see you as a target.
Depends on if the situation was dangerous the horn is used to alert others to your presence if she was going to cause an accident the other car has every right to sound their horn learner or not
That driver of the red car is an absolute knob and you 100% should report it. They dangerously tried to push in front at a merge in turn when you were fully ahead. Illegally beeps at you (especially given it's a learner car which is just dickish behaviour) Does a dangerous overtake while speeding. Doesn't matter if it used to be a 40, still illegal driving.
Do you honestly think reporting that would have any outcome? They know they can get away with it so they continue to do it...its bloody ridiculous!disgusting driving especially around a learner!!! someone has issues
@@coolioshow1271 A horn can only be used to alert someone of your prescence in a dangerous situation. It cannot be used out of anger, as in this video.
Ik she’ll improve but my goodness the junctions, she could have gotten smashed into the side of the car if someone was coming and Aman wasn’t there to stop the car- she committed before she even saw the roads
I passed 4 weeks ago, have been out on M1 already, driven on my own at night etc and I still get nervous at times. I enjoy driving but you should take it seriously.
@heybeachMIN nevermind, I took that part out. It was a quote from a traffic police officer from a 90s documentary I watched on RU-vid recently. It's called "A for Accident" and it's here on RU-vid if you want to watch it, it's from 1994 but it's more relevant today than ever. This pupil and everyone should take driving seriously. Another quote but this time from a work colleague who has driven for 36 years and used to drive a motorbike too is "learn to drive defensively and be prepared for the unexpected". I think that's a better quote.
This is why I don’t miss driving. I wouldn’t have patience for people like that. I’d probably end up chasing them and trying to get in a fight with them
Bless it… Mahwish - you can do this. You are going to eventually do great. But please please please…. Even if the pedestrian is walking slowly, please slow down anyway. You never know when a kid could get away from their parents and run through it without looking. But as I said, you can DEFINITELY do this, just settle down, think more and be more vigilant at being more aware of your surroundings. ❤ sending love your way.
To say something positive: She handles the car very well: no panic movements, smooth gear shifting, much better than I did at this stage. It seems the overall situation awareness needs some more training. That was easier for me as I cycled already almost daily to school for years when I started driving lessons and also payed attention as passenger. I guess in London it's less normal to cycle around.
Mawish please do not embaresse yourself with excuses for the pedestrian being slow. If you see a pedestrian at a crossing you are expected to show awareness of them. If there is tree and shadows look for movement, you dont nessarilly need to brake just lift of the throttle then decide what to do. You have come along way in the last few monts on your lessons and not every lesson is going to be perfect, you will learn more from this lesson than you realise. You are not a million miles off be test ready areas yo work on . Just thinlk of all the opportunities a licence gives you thats why you are doing it
The red car at 9:37. Least you have a good view of the registration plate a SEAT LEON and LN14 LDJ. I hope you can send the footage off to police or something and they get caught. Its the pipping the horn because they want you to go faster and break the speed limit as well is what I want them to be caught with.
The police don't even bother when your car gets stolen, and there is zero ground to do anything to the owner of the red car just from this video. I am just being realistic.
@@liu-river you are right. All police will be interested in is catching drivers at random and only if police are parked in a lay-by on a stretch of road at the right time. They say that they like dash cam footages sent but when you do send in they are not interested.
IDK if it's just that Mahwish is a quiet person, etc., but she looks tired or unwell, or could she be having an off day? I hope she's doing alright if she is.
It seems Aman is fairly disappointed with Mahwish's overall attitude with her mock driving test and this clearly.shows with her tone of instructions and questions. Clearly with the test nearly due Mahwish needs to concentrate and listen to Aman's excellent feedback to pass her practicle driving test. Good luck Mahwish!
Yeah but Mahwish does take it seriously, we have very lengthy chats about these faults (bedsides the bits you guys see on camera) Getting her licence and driving safely means a lot to Mahwish :)
I'm so glad that I was not the only one in this case 😭 I had my 4th attempt a week ago from yesterday! The sad part is that all of my fails were really silly mistakes that I made over and over again, which at the DMV is a bad habit, which is a fail. I love being able to watch these videos now and not feel stressed 😭
Oh Mahwish! Dangerous Faults we can't have them!! Where's that amazing driver hiding? Bring her back. Hope to see you do another Mock with Aman and boss it. Good Luck with your driving.
Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!! I drive a lot of miles on motorways and one of my biggest annoyances is people not returning to lane one. Sometimes I can go a mile in lane 1 with no one Infront while lanes 2,3 and sometimes 4 is rammed/heavy!
I think some uk drivers doesn’t have patience at all they honk like anything and drive dangerously i live in Ireland and feel the same way for many northern ireland people, i love Irish people they have lot of patience
@@ClearviewDriving true you are. I think these people should be caught more by the authorities to make the roads safer. Thanks for replying to my comment, i watched all your videos and they helped me a lot to pass my Irish driving test as its lot similar❤
Mahwish (beautiful name btw) you are just pure gold but you need to pull your head out of your *** and concentrate! Its breaking Aman's heart to start getting strict with you...But its only because she cares for your pass...once you pass you can drive around and have all the banter yous deserve! Great Video and Great people!! Thank you
She just needs to listen to Aman and understand shes in control of a car which could cause serious damage to pedestrians, and be switched on when driving. And grasp she needs to follow the highway code. Hopefully she digested Amans explanation at the zebra crossing and will simply stop in future. Good luck on her test.
I see many comments about the driver being dull or something. This driver resembles a lot like my sister in her behaviour. They do not reciprocate in a conversation by saying "okay" or "got it". They just remain silent. For a new person talking to them, they may feel something off initially, but soon get to know that it is just the way they are and nothing else.
16:28 Rule 223 of the Highway Code - Buses, coaches and trams, give priority to these vehicles when you can do so safely, especially when they signal to pull away from stops, look out for people getting off a bus or tram and crossing the road.
Report the red driver Seat León registration plate number LN14 LDJ and show the footage at the police immediately because beeping at learner is wrong and they could get a fine

12:40 if you accidentally miss the road signs and the road markings you can tell that the left lane is a drop lane and is heading off of the main carriageway because of the short white lines.
Just saw 2 or 3 shorts of driving and I liked the lady very much the she is examining the driver and tells driver in a very polite way that this is your mistake here and her gestures are awsm........and after 2 or 3 shorts I subscribed the channel......I dnt know why

When you asked her “why do we use the left lane” and she replied “I don’t know” at that point she would have been taken off. Too much of a safety concern. A beginner maybe but someone who’s near her test?? No excuse. This was a hard watch.
If the center of the car is inline with your left shoulder or leg, wouldn’t that mean the car is too close to the left? Isn’t it better or okay to place the center of the road with the center of the dashboard or gear box?
Hey having the centre in line with your left knee or shoulder basically puts the centre of the car in the centre of the road :) It’s just an easier reference from a drivers point of view
I see! So, the shoulder or left leg is close enough to the center of the car to be safe and it’s an easier reference point because it’s your body! Thanks for clarifying :)
Thank you Aman teaching in details I passed my driving test on July first time and I drive some close place on my own I am gaining confidence I watch every video experience diving , lesson diving and moc test thank you so much I can't describe how you helped me god bless you
Its weird hpw many people dont research whats on the test. For any other exam, at uni or school ect, you would learn the material thats gonna be on the test. Yet with the driving test so many people dont, some fail because of it. Even to the point where people are surprised there are 2 questions asked. Or dont know why they are asked to pull up on the left repeatedly ext. Its so bizarre to me. Meanwhile they are doing A levels or a degree and the 1st thing they want to know its whats in the exam.
Hey with that there were two things Mahwish did. One was she was positioning too far to the right in her lane (so just driving too close to the other lane unnecessarily) The second one was that she was driving in the middle lane and not trying to change back into the left lane when a new lane was added You should always drive on the left lane as that’s the lane for position normal driving, the middle lane and right lane are for overtaking only you can’t keep driving there unnecessarily
True but you want to make sure you take a lot of care as a new driver as you are at the highest risk of making a mistake(as you have the least experience on the roads)
her driving ability has improved a lot which is great to see but she needs to work on her situational awareness as well as being more observant. the good thing is, they can be easily worked on. also mahwish didnt seem herself in this video compared to how bubbly she normally is - i hope shes doing alright even tho this just looks like a bad day to me. keep going mahwish!
Yeah she’s come a long way, but at times the stress of knowing your test is coming up (that can get to you) Mahwish just felt like she’s been learning from a while, (she as learning for a while with her previous instructor)
@@ClearviewDriving yeah i only passed 5 months ago, but i also made similar mistakes when i knew my test was approaching and more or less felt like i forgot how to drive, i think it definitely does stick in the back of your mind. it was just the build up to the test that was making me nervous more than anything. she'll get there - shes taking a step in the right direction thanks to your help. also thanks for the reply! keep up the good work!
This is bothering me a bit, is it not taught to check your blind spots when switching lanes anymore? I’ve been driving about 14 years and this is the most common error I’ve seen cause accidents/near misses. I haven’t seen it brought up, especially on motorways/dual carriageways? Nevertheless, still enjoying this channel, it’s always good to brush up on your knowledge
Hey it’s not necessary to check this area as the mirrors are set correctly and because Mahwish is leaning forward to see more in the side mirror (as this opens up the blindspot) and she can see more in her side window as she’s leant forward
Oh my god, after seeing this, i dont think i wanna watch any more to be honest. The dangerous faults she got is just shocking, to be honest. If she's like this on a real driving test, she will definitely fail. I've never seen driving like it in all my life, wow
I always say it’s better to make these mistakes now and not on your test, the stress of the test was getting to Mahwish on the lessons (which is so normal) Mahwish did understand the seriousness of the faults and has learnt from her mistakes
Aman, I hear what you're saying, but after seeing this, she really shouldn't be driving whatsoever. Not only that, but she could end up killing someone in the near future. So, I'm sorry, but at the end of the day, learners like me have seen accidents involving learners that weren't in proper control of their car and ended up doing something they shouldn't.
10:13 that’s exactly the reason why I bought a front and rear dashcam for my car for my birthday, too many nutters out there, just because she unintentionally cut him up slightly he acts like that..
The red car had to brake because they were speeding and trying to push in, when they were far behind at the merge point. She was well ahead at the merge point and it is completely fair to assume the red car (if they were even a slightly competent driver) wouldn't be driving dangerously, and she had observed it. The only way to not make the red car brake was to fully brake herself and let the car pass which would have been idiotic.
That Mahwish girl is so arrogant sometimes. She thinks she is in control and she knows best, she doesn't have the humility of a learner or to know that she is doing things incorrectly. She lacks introspection.
I was driving at 43/44 today in 40 speed limit because it was in the middle of the 60 limit that I did not realize and I failed. Zero minor but one single serious mistake. Examiner failed me for 43 in 40 zone.
