Hey guys, I have been trolling your channel. Just a quick question, I'm a professional mobile DJ. Not a scratchy hip-hop DJ, more of a have fun and rock out to pop and classic rock kinda DJ. Do you think there would be any opportunity for me to book gigs while out on the road?
Hi!!! Thanks for trolling our channel! I absolutely think there would be opportunities for you to book gigs on the road! From what we've seen, the RV resorts in the snowbird areas AND 55+ resorts (FL, AZ, prob TX but not sure since we haven't been there) have constant entertainment, dances, music at the pool, etc... I feel like you could also contact campgrounds in the summer months and see if they'd be interested in an afternoon of music by the pool (or whatever creative ideas you can come up with!). Couldn't hurt to start calling and putting some feelers out just to see what the interest level is and what's possible! I also recently listened to something (just can't remember what it was 😂) about traveling service providers and how you can post in local FB groups about your services and update your Google location info (in advance) to gain traction for bookings. Can totally relate to some of the things you said. My wife and I hiked up to delicate arch at Arches Natl park. My Mrs was so tired afterwards she cried vowing never to hike ever again. We went to a local watering hole, drank an adult beverage and she was good. Safe travels guys. 🤙🏽
