Never saw the second movie I see how this gives us aliens without the risk of a back up invasion going on. Id like to know how they survived the vacuum of space and their meteor burning up in Earth's atmosphere
@@GrifoStelle It’s mainly their armor (among other things) that helped them survive the burning meteor. MatPat explained it briefly in his A Quiet Place video.
It’s creepy to think that their planet was just out there , in the pitch black of space and these creatures are just roaming it like ants on a donut. Then all of a sudden BOOM! Their planet blows up flinging a piece of the donut towards earth just to be fucked. I can’t imagine how scary their home planet looked like
Their home planet was probably a very disturbing place, like, imagine a planet were everything is just pitch black and it's all extremely quiet, definetly a creepy place to live.
Man you blew the case wide open. Was your source on this by chance the world wide known and well received sequel that shows you all of this in a way that a child could understand? Man good work
I heard that they can hear a gunshot from across a whole country edit: im a lil slow sometimes i commented this at like 4 am i meant state yall- (THE LIKES TY??)
i wouldve been even crazier if it was bc of the cloverfield movies, where an attempt to save earth ends up smushing universes together, explaining how the aliens got there
Yes I doubt the theory too, they didn't "silence" the kid like a territorial bear might They took him away. They also didn't attack the sound that hurt him They have plates used to boost minute sound for better triangulation
They do hunt in a quiet place day one one of the death angels calls out the rest of his partners and have a feast on humans. One disgusting scene is when one of the death angels crack open a human head in half
no they obviously recognize the sound that they make or else they would never be able to kill everyone so suddenly and fast as they would be fighting each other which hasnt happened
And how the f.. they survive their own planet destruction in the first place, the sound of a explosion that big can kill them on the spot. How did they survive on space without oxigen and the temperature of the space, what did they eat, and how in hell they manage to survive the impact and the heat with earth. Logic jump out the window, i don't care that is a movie, is hard to digest it when you start to think about it.
@@mzsouljaboiwifey Heat exchange means energy will just relocate constantly if not at equilibrium, alaska still has energy or there would be no life there.
So let me get this straight .. they came from a meteor??? How did they survive the vacuum space and then the impact?!?!? Yeah dude ain't no way a shotgun killed one of those things
@@maximocasador4167 yeah but when it's entering the atmosphere, it's gonna be coming so fast it's gonna raise in temperature due to the friction from the Air
I'm starting to wonder if the aliens are even aggressive since they could just be attacking in self-defense due to them not knowing what it is and if it's a predator or not.
Well think about it, I know it’s fiction but they had to have been on that asteroid for hundreds to thousands of years at minimum. Just silence in the vacuum of space and then boom they crash down into this ridiculously loud place not having heard a sound in millenniums
A Quiet Place is a 2018 horror and mystery thriller directed by John Krasinski. The plot revolves around a family-wife Evelyn (Emily Blunt), husband Lee (John Krasinski), and their child Regan
We still don’t know how they got here, but that’s the point. There are a lot of theories, but in order to develop a sense of mystery, the movie never fully explains how they got here, and it works well.
Makes no sense how would those creatures survived destruction, traveled thru space with no atmosphere to protect them from radiation, cold and a absense of oxygen, then survived the impact with atmosphere and earth, and died from a shotgun... So dumb.
As fas as I can remember their armored skin protected them from the crash landing. Also, certain organisms even here on Earth can survive comfortably in outer space. Tardigrades are a famous example. The shotgun also killed them because their flesh is not as durable as their outsides. As for how they arrived on Earth in the first place, depending on how fast the rock that carried them to Earth was going it could've taken thousands if not millions of years for them to arrive here. It's very possible these creatures have a long lifespan and don't require sustenance the way Terran lifeforms do. Also, it's a movie so realistic physics don't have to fully apply.
@@controlman7490 microorganism surviving in space and a huge creature big difference, on a rock, that then exploded and seconds later they emerge from the blast, and then killed by shotgun... Nope It's as if a throw a nuke at you and you come out without a scratch, then i shoot you with a glock and you die... Makes no sense at all.
Well this probably wouldn't work because they also don't go to the waterfall shown in the first movie, so they probably would've learned to separate the sound of the rain from the sound of a meal. I ts never explained why they don't go to the waterfall in the movie for some reason tho-
@@Lorna.A.G im aware that the death angel might just be used to the rain sound because its been almost a year (or more cuz i forgot) since they roamed the earth. i just did a dumb joke
@@Lorna.A.G they probably don't go to the waterfall because it's a constant sound so they know it's not prey, those constant sounds are actually efetective against them as it allows you to disguise other noises
that would just make it the same as EVERY other alien movie EVER like bro this movie is good like if you want to watch a movie like that THEN GO FIND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE JEEZ NOT EVERY ALIEN MOVIE HAS TO BE THE SAME
