It's very CGB of you to make it a combo deck instead of the usual mill. Regular mill is basically Burn for Blue mages anyway! ...Which is why i love it.

I almost never watch your twitch. I do often get a little exasperated with the thank yous from a stream uploaded to youtube, but if you paused between games to do your call-outs and edited that out, that's better than we deserve

I agree with your standards for a RU-vid presentation as opposed to a twitch presentation, they have totally different styles. When I watch RU-vid I don’t want to see subs etc., or interaction with others in chat coming in. I had no idea this was recorded during a twitch session so credit to you and have no problems with it all. Also it was a great fun deck too. Keep it up CGB, it’s all good.

Making an agent player rage quit: you mister, are a cool man, a hero even. It doesn't have the taste of a mill deck though. Opponents quit when too much creatures are put on the board and aren't milled

I obviously don't speak for everyone, but I watch a lot of speedrunners of games playing for 8+ hour speedruns and randomizers, During which I love listening to the commentary of them and their chat back and forth. That being said, I also very much enjoy your analytical breakdowns of everything going on in game. I wouldn't want you to sacrifice that completely to be interactive with chat, but even then I don't think you completely would do so. TBH tho, lets be real, I'd still be watching your vids no matter what.

That last game top deck into win was beautiful. Also I think this twitch and RU-vid overlap is a good idea every once in awhile for these combo decks. Think you're doing great with balancing your audiences and further think your audience on twitch and YT is willing to work with you a bit especially for quality content like this!

Gonna be completely honest, when I first saw the “mill” title in the video I was feeling pretty meh. But listening to you explain the deck I got so damn excited. I haven’t even watched you play it yet at the time of writing this and already want to build this lol. Good job mate 👌

I don't mind the talking to a twitch audience, when you are explaining your plays or talking about the brewing. Depending on the subject I don't mind off-topic subjects. I enjoy listening to Day9 talk about AI and programming. I don't care for the thanks for subscription type stuff so I get your point. As for the Mutate deck, I tend to play a lot of that so I don't care if other people play them. The only cool thing that I haven't seen other people do is play either Kaya's ghost form or Teferi's time twist on a mutated creature. It was glorious, I had Kaya on a mutated creature and my opponent spent their turn and two burn spells to turn one of my creatures into 3. The conceded the game after that error. Or there was another game and they try to board wipe so I time twisted myself a victory. Anywho those were some fun games to watch.

Great video and I couldn't tell it was streamed on Twitch! You may have actually may have hit the holy grail for MTG content creation, as I agree it's not as nice to watch Twitch reruns on RU-vid when chat is involved. However doing it this way, Twitch viewers get to see your content first and as a RU-vid viewer, I don't feel that I somehow missed out. Also, having Patreons have a say in deck selection is a great incentive to support you that way as well. Well done!

One turn mill? I made a temur combo deck like that. Nothing quite like a potential 380+ cards from the library into the graveyard in one turn.

I definitely refer content which is made for RU-vid, condensed down to all the good gameplay and commentary without any 'interacting with chat' which isn't very interesting if you're not watching live and sitting in the chat.

You're supposed to give your companion a good compliment during that loading time... otherwise your deck will punish you.

It does bug me when I see a video that is clearly ported from Twitch. Honestly I see the lack of ported content as one of the greatest features of this channel; there are some channels out there with great, entertaining players that I just struggle to enjoy at all because they're mostly Twitch content. I just can't handle listening to the one-sided conversations, maybe it's just me.

I made a mill deck combining Thousand Year Storm and Merfolk Secrect keeper. When I am not up against mono red Agro the matches tend to be very fun.

I love the deck! I have a similar build with Syr Konrad. Gravedigger works amazing with Gyruda and odd creatures.

12:15 can't you manually order the triggers so that yorion's end step return comes back before thassa's trigger, allowing you to target the mindbreaker with thassa?

Question, since Thassa triggers at the beginning of the end step, and Yorion returns stuff at the begining of the end step, couldn't you stack the Yorion trigger first and then flicker it again with Thassa? Want to try this on arena but it's very late and I don't want to forget lol
